The staff was very friendly and even gave us mangoes when welcoming us. We had a beautiful view of the sea from our room.
The room was unfortunately not clean. The bedding was clearly not washed as it smelled quite bad and had hair on it…

Taga was absolutely amazing ! He was so nice , always giving good recommendations and making sure I was safe as I was travelling one ! I wish every hotel owner was like him!
It was all good, verry good value for the price

The view is amazing and the garden out the front is lovely. The majority of the staff were really kind.
The beach has quite a lot of debris floating in it. I found the host increasingly interfering, inconsistent and demanding.

Beautiful location, tiny open beach (although watch out for old men if you’re a single gal) friendly host, and the hardest working cleaning lady I have ever seen. Honestly, Mr. Taga was nice, but the woman who keeps the place clean was next level friendly, kind, accommodating and caring. She should be made a manager! She was the best!
It was hard to organize transport to the catamaran. Mr. Taga gave me a couple numbers but I ended up having to find my own way out. Breakfast on sight would have been lovely too. There is also a good chance of ants eating your snacks if you don’t put them in the fridge or double bag them.

Its a great located Guesthouse where you always hear the sea. The owner is a very helpful and cool person, like all of the workers. The rooms are not big, but have everything you need. Thanks for beeing guest! Best wishes

Beautiful view from the rooms, actual beachfront, unlike some listings on Booking which say beachfront but are really a block or more away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms aren't fancy but i think still a good value for San Andres
The beach across the street is very small but it's still really nice to have the beach right there. The surrounding area is pretty run down but I think that's unfortunately true for most of san andres

The location, the balcony room, the swimming on the beach immediately in front of the property and the entertaining character of the owner. The are some food shops and local eateries within easy walking distance. Sunrise must be amazing on days without clouds on the horizon.
Having booked a 2 bedroom apartment we were offered two options both with sufficient beds but in a single bedroom. The one with a balcony overlooking the sea was by far the best choice and we quickly adjusted to the accommodation. The WiFi was a struggle at times, not unusual on San Andres.

Our room had a great view of the ocean and we could watch and listen to the waves all day and night. This is the main reason we stayed here. The beach directly in front of the hotel was tiny but a bigger beach with restaurants and beach bars was a 15 minute walk away. The king-size bed in our room was too big and we had to crawl into it from the bottom of the bed because it was impossible to get out of the sides. A queen size bed would have been more suitable for the space. The bathroom was very cramped and lacked hot water, which was OK because the weather is warm. One of us bumped into the bathroom sink in the night and it fell off the wall and shattered. Fortunately, we were not hurt by the razor sharp porcelain pieces. It was quickly replaced though we had to pay for a new sink (we ended up paying about $13). It was two blocks to the main street where there are cheap buses going all over the island. There are small grocery stores nearby with a reasonable but limited selection of food. The kitchen in the room had two gas burners and a mini-fridge. No microwave. Restaurants near the hotel were open from 9 am to 4 pm. We couldn't find restaurants open for dinner.
The bathroom sink is attached to the wall with two weak plastic supports. The owner told us that the sink has fallen down before. That needs to be fixed.

We love the location and the view. The guest house is just in front of the sea.
The bedroom was a bit small

Right in front of the beach with nice very simple beach hut lunch place down the street. The rooms don't have AC but even in the middle of summer there was a nice breeze off the ocean. No problems sleeping comfortable listening to the ocean waves.
Limited food within walking distance.
