Good
Location. Across the road is the Robinsons Mall Manila. Easily accessible to taxi and few minutes walk to the train station. Building is old, but good for a quick stay. The receptionist was nice, but the reception area is dark and lifeless, can improve with little interior decors and lights would be recommended.the lift is there but old. Hotel room lobby is dark and scarry but ok. I don't see any security guard on the place and anyone can just enter the hotel, work on it. All in all, not bad but not too good either.
1. Huge cockroaches seen in my room-large ones that flies! 2. Shower was bad, need to change. 3. Kitchen utensils are very old and so used up. Didn't bother to use it.hello germs. 4. Change the curtains, it's so old and dirty. 5. Towels are kind of used up. 6. Floor was a bit dirty. I would have mopped it myself if I could find a mop haha 7. Blanket was small and not clean, they can at least have a bigger one next time. Being your own blanket n towels when you come here.

Bad
I booked for 1 room because the pictures online was nice and presentable. However, when I went there to check the room, it was disgusting, something stinks along the hallway and there was 2 plastics of garbage outside the room of the room. Pictures online was nice but it's far different in person. So I told the receptionist that will not proceed with my booking
