Disappointing

Overall very nice and relaxing stay

The location, food quality, rooms and cleanliness is very good.

The network connectivity and the Wi-Fi connection is poor and needs improvement.

The Bathrooms was stinking. Shower cap and hand shower should be provided in bathroom.

It didn't match our expectations as we thought it to be a real 4 star resort

The food at the restaurant was decent in taste and in cost The water adventure is good

The property is old It's not maintained well It's definitely not upto the mark of a 4 star resort The staff wasnt prepared to handle the high level of footfall The welcome drink was left for self serving The lifts were dirty The room had a misty smell The sheets looked old and worn out There was constant foul smell coming from washroom drainage The bath tub had spots all over like it's never been scrubbed since ages The wash basin had a crack The flush cover came out every time we used it They didn't put a spare toilet paper roll so we had to give a call when it was over The staff lagged the basic ethics of hospitality, they had a blank face right from the receptionists to the restaurant manager The breakfast spread was also to the par of a 3 star hotel And much to my dismay the first day there was a waiting for buffet breakfast too, which has never happened to me in any of the hotels ever

Attitude of staff. the pool staff is behaving like police. We can't do this. We can't do that. They are standing behind guests. Too many rules. Did not see any friendly staff. Too much restriction in the hotel. Staff never acknowledge the guest or wish anyone. Ordered room service for sweetcorn soup which was full of sugar. When asked everyone responded by saying sweet corn soup is sweet. Was informed to the staff that sweet corn is sweet not the soup. It's not a dessert. Overall it was not a good experience.

A good resort to spend weekend / vacation with your family.

Resort location is in the center of town, nearby there are plenty of shops and accessible stores in walking distance. Hotel looks beautiful, rooms are maintained well and spacious. My stay was during the 1st week of Oct'22, got front (road) view room with a small balcony. Water park is a best part in this resort with decent maintenance, kids will enjoy a lot. Also, there is a small Game zone with carrom board, billiards, table tennis etc., but the maintenance is not up to the mark. Staffs are well mannered and polite. Breakfast was nice with good varieties of dishes. For lunch and dinner, we tried non-veg in Picadore - Multi cuisine restaurant. Overall, a perfect resort to spend your vacation with family.

Balcony width size is small, it can accommodate only 2 persons to be seated on the chair. The Lounge bar was closed and not functional. It was a disappointment though the hotel management said drinks will be served in their Picadore non-veg Restautant.

Overall was satisfied with the stay.

Breakfast was very nice, their restaurant veggies food was really good. Rooms were apt and the location of the hotel is in the heart of the city.

Superb Location, impeccable cleanliness, very friendly staff, nice property. Great place to take break from hectic schedule. This place exceeded my expectations by far.
