it was a good trip, my son really enjoyed all activities in the resort.

Resort location was very good, kids friendly place, lot of activities for kids.

they need to improve in breakfast menu and arrangement.

Generally a good stay for 2 nights and recommended for both individuals and family.

Overall a small property with decent rooms and very good cleanliness. The swimming pool was quite good and we enjoyed the same. The breakfast was OK and they had some variety.

It is short staffed so they take time to provide you the service. .

it was ok! not a bad experience

pool was clean! food was good! staff was polite but not so attentive . missed the spa and wellness. if brought to the level of piccadle will be a great experience.

location was average! rooms were too small and side tables were so slippery! our glass bottles slipped and broke. bathroom was way too small

Wifi connection wasn't up to the mark. I preferred using my mobile data. It was faster than the wifi

Too expensive for a hotel like this. Better to stay in high end hotel in this price

Well, honestly it wasn’t my best stay. I took up this Hotel on the basis of photos shown and reviews but was highly disappointed. Feel sad people don’t write real reviews and are forced to write good reviews on request. Which is not fair.

Well, the photos are deceiving the property is tiny with small rooms. And bad service. The mattress was so uncomfortable sunken badly. The funny and unhygienic part was that the towels were put on top of the WC. Never seen something like that. The staff is very impolite except for Pooja. And they don’t answer the number given as I wanted to inform them about my arrival and leave some instructions but after calling 4-5 times I got an answer.

not worth the money I spent for this hotel room. You can get so many other good options in Lonavala for that amount

1. The property was new and clean 2. Staff is good

1. The location is really bad, it is literally between slums. Never saw this part of Lonavala before 2. It does not looks anything like picture. The pool is really small, room is too small. 3. Lots of surrounding noice

The resort was very tidy. The Food was good

Everything was fine except the location it's right in the city and the very next neighborhood is very dirty which was not at all good for the Resort image.

*Very cozy property really great for families and couples. * staff is extremely polite and helpful. * exceptionally clean property including swimming pool. * rooms are big and well equipped. * breakfast spread is amazing.. One of the best. Overall food is very tasty and hygienic.

* more expensive. * at the time of booking hotel doesn't promise specific room. * rooms don't have fridge although you can keep stuff in common fridge.

Over all a wonderfull experience. Good resort in a nice location with hospitable staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.Lovely poolside dining area and small play area for kids makes this place a perfect budget getaway for families
