Very comfortable, everything was great.
No elevator for carrying bags.
4.2
Easy check in process and responsive staff when we had issues.
Beds and sofa bed in particular were very uncomfortable. The room was very hot (radiators were off) and we had to sleep with 2 fans on all night. Had an issue with very noisy neighbours upstairs which disturbed our sleep both nights.

It was just what we needed for a short stay in London. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. We were 3, so it was ok because the couch could be made into a bed. The property owner was very nice to help us with any questions we had during our stay. Also right in front of the accommodation there are a few bus stop. The nearest underground station was 10 minutes away by foot.
We arrived pretty late at night and felt a little but uneasy in the neighborhood, but soon we realized that there was a police station nearby so we felt a little bit safer.
4.2
Easy to checkin and checkout
Extremely small room, hot room with only 2 desk fans, below average toiletries and average location for travelling up & down from the tourist attractions
4.2
The location and how easily approachable it is with public transport. That was very good, the cleaning lady was very sweet to us, it was nice clean and we had everything we needed for a short stay.
Maybe the small staircase, could see it be an issue with bigger and heavier luggage but there isn’t really much we can do about it.
4.2
The property is very clean, very well equipped, the location is very good and the self check in and out is easy.
The noise caused by the neighbours very early in the morning

Boutique Apartments was ideally located, close to Elephant and Castle station and Waterloo a bit further beyond. For eager walkers, it's also pretty close to the South Bank, London Bridge and the heart of London (Westminster, Covent Garden and so on) just over the Thames.
For a couple of nights' stay in the capital, it was a suitable and functional base to rest our heads. The apartment was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. As far as accommodation in London goes, Boutique Apartments isn't too expensive and was certainly better than other places I've stayed. (I feel that my trips to London have often been affected by bad accommodation.)
Getting into and out of the building isn't easy if the sandwich board from the cafè next door and a loose wire are blocking the way. The outside impression added to a feeling of slight discomfort - a feeling not eased by the wobbly door latch and scuff marks on the floor (which created a sense of uncleanliness in what is already a city that feels too dirty and too busy). In my humble opinion, if Boutique Apartments fixed those things and added a few more homely touches, the accommodation wouldn't suffer from the thing that afflicts many places to stay in London - a sense that these are just rooms for tourists to sleep in and nothing else.

Used this location with other two colleagues for a short business trip in our London office in Waterloo, so the location satisfied the commute (15 min fast walk).
The room is clean with two bed and one sofa bed.
There is a little kitchenette that can allow you to prepare some food or breakfast.
Pillows and beds were not exceptional.
material of the shower looks a bit fragile or to plastic.

Great little apartment, with everything you need and a decent shower which is great.
Remarkably quiet given the location on a main rd in London.
Not much to dislike
4.2
Great little apartment. Great location and comfy stay. 10/10 would recommend.
Only thing I would say Is it did get very very hot, and we weren’t sure how to turn the heating down.

had everything we needed and was v clean, thank you . good location
entrance/wire hanging down across doorway
4.2
The apartment was very clean and well located, 7-8 minute walking distance from Elephant and Castle underground station.
On the checkout, we were allowed to stay until 13:00.
The studio was rather small for three people. There was not anything to hang the towels on nor space to put our stuff in the bathroom.

Location
Neat and Tidy
Well equipped
The noise from the upstair department, was annoying when these guest walk around (Maybe the ceiling have no good isolation)
The stairways steep and narrow
The boiler for all rooms. Sometimes it got blocked

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, the lady who cleaned the apartment was lovely and very welcoming. The apartment is close to both Elephant and Castle underground and Kennington. Would definitely recommend.
Only thing was noise from the road at night, we tried keeping the window closed at night but could still hear traffic and general noise. It's a busy road so to be expected.

The room was excellent just what we needed
Nothing all good
4.2
The edginess, the ‘whud whud’ beats from cars or distant parties, echoing across the orange-shadow streets when I opened the windows to admit some air.
The sense that these rooms had probably been a low end brothel at some point, but was now a clean well run situation providing serviceable crash space on the walworth road. Everything worked. I had few expectations which were entirely met. But in a good way. If I ever need to stay on the walworth road, I’m there.
The walworth road could have had gondolas gliding down it and been fringed by trees heavy with fruit. But neither of these things were true. Sad.

the property was well presented, the pictures don’t do it enough justice it looked a lot better in real life. bumped into the housekeeper during our stay and she was very lovely and accommodating. great location for travel but also there’s options for good restaurants nearby.
the single bed could’ve been a tiny bit bigger (but this is probably because I’m just used to sleeping in double beds!)

The proprietor went out of his way to accommodate my special request, the location was excellent and the apartment was spotless.
