We were very lucky and got upgraded from a standard double room to a room with two single beds, arigato once again! :)
Everything else was excellent as well: your own little onsen bathtub in the room, shared onsen with ice cream and massage chairs and a very delicious breakfast. You could even get ramen for free at 21:30 but we haven't tried it as such timing was too late for us.
Hotel is also very close to the main attractions of the city.

Location is easy to reach and very good for the onsen hot spring is provided.
Disappointed 1: i have already paid for a room for 2 adults + 2 12yrs children with breakfast included, but i dont known whats the reason during check in, I was informed the room rate and breakfast fee did not cover our children, and what i would need to pay extra money for them to settled. At that point, I may consider looking for other hotels due to the additional costs.
Disappointed 2: For the hotel's hot spring is open to outside quests. It doesnt feel good to know before booking.

Location, staff, breakfast, Onsen
Room small, had an odor, five nights no cleaning

The hotel service was awesome! I would use the hotel again when I come back to Toyama!

The free ramen at night, and breakfast is very fresh and delicious.
Too bad we couldn't book the onsen privately. We couldn't go there because we had quite big tattoos on us.

Comfotable beds in good size for japanese standards, floor with tatami, very clean in general, good ofurô in the bathroom, and silence to sleep well. In addition, the breakfast was very well served with good variety, tasty and healthy!
Attendants were very thoughtful! Also, the hotel offers special shampoo for small child - which is very good and helpful for the parents (less carry on to take)!
(1) It lacked diaper basket for people with baby/small child, (2) onsen could have different types of treatment (not only regular water), (3) hotel could also offer a free shuttle from the station, since it is a bit far - difficult to move with elderly people and small baby/child.

Very authentic hotel from the moment you arrive and are asked to leave your shoes in lockers before going to your room. The room is a bit small but the highlight is the cedar tub in the bathroom fed by hot springs. Breakfast is very good and location excellent just 10 mins from train station and close to amenities.

Nothing particular
They provided room with small bed (1person room in small business hotels) for family of 3. And when questioned about the size, they insisted it was the case for all families with Kind (our kid was 8).

The room is spacious and conformtable for family with young children. Our room has bath with hotspring water, which is fantastic.
Staffs cannot much communicate in English. However, they are service-minded.

Good location, nice hot bath complex. A wonderful breakfast!
My room's view on the wall and pipes.
