The hotel is overpriced for its level. But personnel are absolutely amazing!

+ Wonderful personnel! Never seen the team like this before!!! + Beach area nicely organized and very pleasant + Beautiful outdoor area with lawns and trees + Food in the main restaurant and how the place is set

- Rooms are very small - No sound / water isolation with the bathroom - Worn out and unpleasant towels, bed sheets and robes - Check out could be improved. Currently keys stop working before the checkout time, so we were locked outside in the heat - Some cups / glasses / plates were not clean - No toiletries provided - Selection of alcoholic drinks could be better - No coffee shop, and the coffee that is served is of a low quality; no coffee machine in the room - I'm all about coffee) Personnel make up for many flaws with how friendly, professional and attentive they are.

Really good looking resort with great amenities. You can tell that they make an effort to satisfy guests.

Unfortunately I got a food poisoning on my second day at the resort. Kept me locked at the room for quite a bit after for recovering.

Special thanks to Fatima and Furkan at the reception, and Cem at the swimming pool who are always there to help you.

Extremely clean hotel. Staff is very friendly , the swimming pools have warm water and very clean also. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so. Rooms were so clean and nice, there are so many foods to choose from in the restaurant. We had a great family break.

At the poolbar you need more staff. Usually there is only 1 guy sometimes 3 wouldn’t be enough. Just a suggestion to make things better…

Exceptional

We visit the hotel on an active away tennis course and the facilities were all fantastic. We were a large group of 11, we ate in all three restaurants and used the facilities to the maximum.

The only complaint I had was that on the last day I used the salon and was charged twice as much as the advertised cost.

Remarkable luxury hotel

EVERYTHING, I loved everything. We went off-season at the beginning of May and snatched a great price for a Sun-Fri stay. From the new and luxurious facilities to the very friendly staff to the loads of delicious dining and entertainment options, this hotel has it all AND free access to the water park AND best of all, the resort has a small number of rooms meaning it doesn’t feel crowded at all. And the design of the rooms and grounds and buildings is super modern and chic and just sophisticated. And Side is a stone’s throw away, and Antalya is only an hour, so you’ll always have options. Of course, it was just lovely to sit by the water all day and drink Pina Coladas. :-) Highly recommend, for couples and families.

NOTHING, I loved everything. And if there ever was a problem, the staff was very attentive, helpful, friendly, so any problem was always taken care of.

Great pools. Great food. Beach bar is fab at night. They had a band most nights and DJ was great also

Satisfying, welcoming, cosy, active and social vacation for families with children.

Guest relations, responsiveness, attention and help was great in our experience before and during the stay. We found the location in the woods just next to the sandy beach awesome. Food variety and taste was high for our pleasure. Cleaning of the rooms and around the facility was always kept in good condition. we found many attraction and activities for ourselves and children.

Wi-Fi was available only in public areas, therefore we had to go out of the room to reach internet. on the other hand this was also forcing you to be close to other guests and staff for interaction which can be regarded as a positive point.
