Bad experience with Aishen club as a hotel, good experience with other resort facilities that are shared across Aishen,

Aqua park Swimming pools in general Animation activities

Rooms were bad, bad, bad (almost represent a 3 star hotel). I changed around 4 rooms and in every room there was a different issue: Weak AC, Dirty rooms, Bad Smell, telephone not working, Bidet seats, etc… Room service was very bad - asking for a bottle of water will take them hours to serve. They also have no issue knocking your door at 4:00 am and even opening your door in the morning at 9:00 am for cleaning if you don’t respond after the first knock. Besides that, the staff has bad attitude and if you don’t give them tips, they start talking about you in Turkish. Apart from the rooms, let me tell you my bad checkin experience. I did a late checkin at 11:00 pm after an advanced notice. When i reached the hotel, they said my room is not available and they gave me another one that was not cleaned - the floor was very dirty and i found used bottles in the fridge. After complaining, they said we only have this room available and we can do nothing to you 😆. I escalated the case for an hour till i was able to get another room which was OK. During my complaint i was chatting with the reception employee about the rooms and believe it or not, this is what he told me “we are not a 5 star hotel and this is the quality of our rooms and the pictures on booking.com are not accurate” 😆 In the next day in the morning, they had to change my room back to a deluxe room which was the original type that i ordered, but guess what? Again the room had a very bad humidity smell. So i asked for a room change and they kept me for 2 hours saying the same thing, we don’t have capacity and we can’t do anything to you, until finally they moved me to another room which i accepted because i felt desperate…

Reception brauch definitiv neu Leitung. Grundsanierung alle zimmer. Sonst sehr gut.

Aqua Park und Restaurant sowie Strand sind sehr gut. Abendshow war schön.

Betten verteilung war nicht wie beschrieben. Stadt 2 Einselbetten haben wir Sofabett bekommen. Französischesbett war das Fuss gebrochen. Wasserhahn hat nicht funktioniert entweder warm oder kaltes wasser, Zimmer brauchen Grundrenuwierung. Fr. Fatma Manager in Reception sehr unfreundlich und bat keine Hilfe an.

Отдохнула ли я и мои дети определенно да! Но благодаря своему настрою и горкам каторые и так там давно стоят

Из всего что было в отеле только территория спасла отдых. Многочисленные горки детские площадки.

Сервиса в целом можно сказать нету никакого. Самое первое впечатление было ужасным. Персонал на ресепшене грубоватый, и всем видом показывает что отель полный и от твоего присутствия нам не жарко не холодно, что то не нравится ваши проблемы. Номер абсолютно не уютный приходили уже вечером помыться и ночью поспать в остальном не отдохнешь в номере. Нету зубной щетки, пасты и бритвы, нету халатов, мини бар скудный. Звонили принести нам горшок детский, щетки И так далее просто сбрасывают телефон. Горшок принесли после третьей попытки. Зубных щеток в отеле нету звонили каждый день в итоге просто бросали телефон. В целом мы понимали, что отель загруженный наверно это причина. Но персонал в отеле забыл про гостеприимство про улыбки и то что они создают всю атмосферу а не горки и море. Вернулась бы я в этот отель наверно нет. Но в отель из этой серии попробовала бы, там на территории еще два отеля. Это первая поездка в отель где я услышала такое количество слово «нет» . И больше в принципе не обращалась.

Voor herhaling vatbaar

Ruim, gezellig en sfeervol opgezet. Wij waren in de meivakantie, genoeg plek bij het zembad en op het strand. Gezellige barretjes en ruime kamer

We hadden om een extra bed gevraagd voor onze dochter, na 3 boekjes aan receptie kwam die eindelijk om elf uur 's avonds. Het engels/ communicatie bij de receptie viel erg tegen (uitchecken, hotelkamer deur die niet opslot ging, kwam allemaal moeizaam over)

Hotel will exceed your expectations.

The food was delicious. Thank you bread making team. Freshly made whole grain croissants. 2. The beach house room was comfortable. 3. The housekeeping department works very hard to keep our room clean. 4. Tennis courts are kept in good condition. Thanks to Hassan from the entertainment department. 5. Great location near lots of shops. 6. Promenade. You can take a walk or run to Side old city. 7. We enjoyed the swimming pool and Hamman 8. During the breakfast and lunch classical music was playing. 9. Hotel grounds are beautiful, very well maintained. 10. Piano performance by girl was very nice

Not worth it

Huge hotel area, a lot of greenery. Food was tasty.

We were met with an attitude already at the reception because of extra child, I was not happy with the price they were asking, which was half of our room rate! There was no hospitality and willingness to help us, the manager said it herself «it’s all about the money!» This ruined out first impression for all it was worth. After paying for the extra child, we assumingly got a bigger and better room. The room was really dirty, outdated and dark, with only two nightstands for lightning. The floor was so dirty our white slippers got black after first day of use. Amenities didn’t get refilled unless we asked for it. Although there were several pools, all of the sunbeds would be taken from morning to evening. No icecream on the beach. The staff working at the restaurant on the beach looked quite annoyed everytime we ordered something. All in all not the best experience to be honest and definatly not worthy of the cost or the 5 stars.

Bad service

The facilities were good. I liked the food.

Little to non service oriented staff. The floor in the room is dirty. When cleaning they just move around one, barely wet, mop. Use the same mop without washing it in the bathroom and on the balcony. Our toothbrushes dissapeared after the first night. Didn’t know that was something we needed to put in the safe. When contacting the desk about this I was told they don’t have dental kits at this hotel, which wasn’t really my question. I guess they ended up bringing us a dental kit from the other hotel, since we found those in the bathroom in the evening. But we still don’t know what happened with our toothbrushes.

The most beautiful place in Turkey is a complete resort. The place has great service, the most beautiful beach in the world. I will visit them every year. I recommend it to everyone I know. The staff are wonderful.they must be 7 stars hotel

A poor experience for a "5 star" hotel

Beach and pool areas

Not enough sunbeds, fighting every morning to find one. Some guests literally fighting. Food is the same every day. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Not enough staff which means very long lines for food and drinks. The AC broke in the main dining area, no solution was offered. When i asked guest services for a solution she reacted extremely rude and agitated. The rooms are dated, things which are fixed arent fixed properly. All the opening times and schedules for restaurants, bars, snacks bars, ice cream shops, coffee places etc are very confusing..i had to keep a list with me to see what was open and where. Only Efes on tap, no other beer option. The alcohol they use is very poor quality, i was afraid if i drank too much id go blind. If youve never been to an all inclusive this might be a nice place but if u have any previous experience to compare this to, youll be very disappointed.

I will book again in the same hotel

When I make check in I took 2 hours because there is no rooms available and they make me nervous till the manager come then he solve the problem and this happened with another client. The staff in the (check in) was very bad

Nice place to go with kids

Beautiful beach, large area and lots of things to do for kids when not raining, pretty good entertainment and nice restaurants. Good set up, well trained staff, Fantastic views, walks and plenty of turkish food. The pools are quite nice as well, except the cold water. The hotel is a bit worn out and the 2+1 rooms doesn't have 3rd bed (sofa bed) not even space for it :(

Kids' pools were very cold, colder than the sea and all of us got running nose.. they have weird breaks in the middle of the day, the food in the restaurant was nice, but repeating and kids choices were not enough. Staff speak very poor English

Great hotel, lovely food

Food was really good, staff were friendly, pools were really nice and areas were kept well cleaned and maintained

I had a WiFi issue and the staff on the evening shift weren't massively helpful although they did try. Day staff found the issue within seconds thankfully as we were working whilst in the room. Everything priced in euros kind of took the Turkish feel away from the place seeing as tl is the currency.. also being spoken to in German constantly was a bit odd... not everyone who visits side is German 😉

Football hotel but not for football players

Food was about the same good level as in other 4-5 stars hotels in Side/Antalya.

There is info and pics of hotel's 3 football pitches but no info they are totally closed in autumn. We chose this hotel because of the possibility to play football but it was impossible. This was a big disappoitment.

Great water park!

The water park is amazing. Definitely worth spending the money if you have little children / enjoy water slides. It is also very close to the beach and the breakfast was lovely.

The flush in our room didn’t work which was super annoying as it basically meant we couldn’t use the toilet in our room. The resort is also very big so requires lots of walking everyday!

Good but not great

We were staying at the Family Suite at K Club hotel with a two year old child. We liked the food at the main restaurant, a good variety for a child and adult to choose from, the area was big, free coffee and pastries at Starbucks coffee point, massages at SPA were great, ranging from $60-$90 per hour, sandy beach and shallow

The hotel rooms at K Club were outdated, like the they were from 20-30 years ago which was disappointing, the AC was old and very loud, there was no fridge in the kitchen, only in the bedrooms which didn’t make sense. The staff spoke Turkish, German or Russian, not English. The child safety was a concern here. Around 20 railings on the staircase in our building didn’t have caps on them. Our two year old put her finger in one of the holes in the railings and ripped a half of her nail off. They were sharp inside. Lots of blood, tears and stress. Some areas with the stairs didn’t look safe too. Overall we had a good time but the hotel didn’t exceed our expectations.
