The setting was beautiful.
The 5am call to prayer from the nearby mosque. If you want to sleep in, you’ll need ear buds.

The swimming pool is fabulous. The location is nice and quiet. With the driver you are downtown in just a few minutes.
The room is big and clean. Ask the kind driver Sothy to take you to the temples. He brought us everywhere in two days.

Large and very clean room and bathrooms. Good value for money. Staff are nice
Breakfast has a very small menu and the quality of the produce was very cheap.

The WiFi signal is very weak and the breakfast has no so many options.

The staff are very friendly and helpful
The wi-fi signal is weak in the rooms farthest from the reception and the breakfast doesn't offer many options

beautiful pool and the room is large and comfortable
a bit off from "town" but they keep Tuk tuk drivers available at reception for a small cost

Room was spacious and comfortable.
No amenities within walking distance other than a restuarant.

Great place, kinda further from the city center, but very close to circus. All in all its the good place for its value.

clean, open spaces, nice pool at center. Large rooms.
There was nothing I didn’t like. It was a 10 min tuk tuk ride into town, which was fine. Okay, I didn’t like the Screaming kids in the pool at 7:00.

Good location. Breakfast is good. I like the area, it’s clean. Will bring my own toilet paper rolls. The whole country doesn’t use toilet paper.
Didn’t like the bed, was hard for me. Le Botum Hotel in PNH got comfortable bed. I love the bed sheets and comforters.

It was a really lovely hotel and the staff were very nice.
Fabulous facilities, great location, pretty pool area.
However, they were unable to book us a safe ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.
They insisted we pay less than we usually pay for this journey, so the driver they said they booked didn't arrive. He chose to accept a higher fare from someone else. Understandable. Much later, the hotel finally found another driver for us.
This driver was taking hallucinogens and stimulants throughout the journey..
We were already trapped by the time we discovered this.
Honestly, it was pure luck that we survived his terrifying driving.
It was only $5 cheaper than a decent driver would have cost in the first place.
Booking a private car is a service that other hotels provide quickly and easily.

the king room was beautiful, spacious, well furnished and the bed was super comfy. each room had lovely bath robes and a well stocked bathroom.
The wifi was miserable - slow as a snail.
Toilet paper was almost non-existent. The locals don't use toilet paper but tourists certainly do.

big rooms with a comfy bed, lovely people and a wonderful swimming pool. they are very busy getting it up and running again post- covid. their preferred tuktuk drivers are all lovely and also helpful and friendly ( one even went into town and found our missing family member!)
this hotel apoears to be reopening with new owners post-covid. they are doing a lot of work to bring it back up to scratch, but some services ( like fancy meals as per pics and cocktails by the pool) are not there yet. it would be good if they removed those pics from their advertising for now. its a little out of the town, but only a short 10min tuktuk ride away. Limited food options close by.

The pool area is just amazing!!! I loved the peaceful vibe and the calmness of the area. No noise from the city and it’s perfect place for rest
The service provided for the laundry cleaning was not really the best so we ended up with completely destroyed clothes.

Rooms were neat & tidy. Close to city centre. Swimming pool was well maintained, Staff were friendly & co operative. Ambience was good.
Food was OK, but they can improve with more options.

Our room backed onto the Pool, Seab tuk tuk drive was amazing, breakfast staff were also lovely being us tea in the morning on our balcony.
Hotel is a little run down after COVID, front office staff were not overly helpful also made an error with our final bill, had 2 hrs to fix it but then chased us down at the airport for some more money, we ended up having to give all the $ to a airport personal not knowing if it would make it back and didn’t receive change.

We enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff. The staff organised travel for us and our clothes washing and were very helpful.
The room smelled very musty and the bathroom toilet stopped working on the first use.

Staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The area is quiet.
It seemed more like a homestay than a "4 star" advertised "resort and spa". For what I paid (and this was before there was a drop in prices due to low season), it didn't meet my expectations. There were stains on my pillow cases and a hole in my bedsheet. The wi-fi was spotty and slow. Also, the safe didn't work. Furthermore, it's quite far from town.

I loved the pool and the included breakfast. But really most of all was the great staff. They went above amd and beyond to assist with grab bookings, advice on touring Angkor Wat, and local restaurants. Excellent value, excellent place. Clean rooms too. I ordered room service several times and fhe food was delivered timely...no issues.
Water drain in shower was just a bit slow....no big deal!

The ladies that clean the rooms make us a surprise to our wedding anniversary, this was so nice of them.
They are a welcome staff, nice and pretty room, great tv channels for movies, good wi fi, nice pool.
At the first moment they gave us a different room than we saw in the pictures. But later, they gave us a better room so this was nice.
The breakfast was just ok
