Excellent for a short stay in the middle of the best park in Braga

Perfect for a romantic weekend in the middle of Bom Jesus park. Nice breakfast, comfy room and you can park outside for free (just present your ticket at the entrance).

fantastic location and welcoming staff.

we were travelling as a couple on our anniversary weekend away, the room was a double but they just pushed two twin beds together! This is not what I’d call a double. There was no bathroom as such just a shower cubicle and a separate toilet cubicle. The shower was hand held so not even a real shower. I think small details make all the difference. The breakfast was ok but the coffee was literally the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. Instant coffee out of a machine. This is so surprising to see in a 4 star hotel. I would give this hotel 2 stars, there are a lot of improvements needed.

Location was amazing, the place was comfortable

There was an area of my room, near the window, that had mold. The coffee was not that good, but the other things on the breakfast were amazing

At 08:30 the breakfast buffet was already empty. And not refilled at all. Not what you expect for a 4 stars Hotel.

Comfortable room beautiful location.

Breakfast was poor. Cold eggs and mushrooms with small range of other items. One coffee machine that there was a line to use.

The location was brilliant. The hotel itself was nice. The rooms were needing updating and mould proofing dampproofing.

The location of the property is ideal

smelt damn bathroom and toilet too small. The bathroom door was rusty and hanging off the wall. The shower had no holes. You could not hold a shower above your head.

Room was very tired.

If you want to be close to the cathedral, then this fits the bill. There are also (3) other options. They sit on the same property offering stunning views of the city. The mountain is a beautiful park with lots of opportunity to explore on foot.

While the hotel has potential, it falls short on room maintenance and proximity to dinner options. I can deal with having to drive to dinner, but the halls were dark, carpet dirty, paint peeling, AC broken, etc. I would not stay here again.

Superb

Since we wanted to visit Bom Jesus, it was the perfect location. This hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a good selection for everyone. Parking was directly in front of the hotel, so very easy. It is an easy drive to the old area of Braga. We parked in the underground parking when we got into the old section.

There aren't many choices for dinner near this hotel, so driving back down into Braga is necessary but not difficult.

Lot’s of windows/light in the room and nice decorated. Great location,soureded by a green área.

We loved the Hotel and it's beautiful position at the top of a hill!

We really had a lovely visit to the hotel the views were exceptional! and the breakfast was very nice in a spacious dinning room! and the beds were very comfortable!

It's not that we didn't like anything but there were a few things that could be better., for example, a kettle and tea and coffee in the room is very important to us, the air con could have worked better and some restoring of furnishings in the rooms. Other than that it is a lovely hotel in a superior position and the staff were lovely! Would definitely go there again!!

Disapointing

The size if the room.

The hotel is very far from the historical center and any atrraction for tourists.It is located in a park for which you have to pay 1 euro each time you enter. If you forget the paper ticket you loose the money. It is not for the money but rather for the trouble. It is located just outside the postcard of the city a huge basilica, but far away from everything else! Breakfast with no real coffee. Orange juice not natrural fruit. AC very noisy. Bathroom flush did not work. No restaurant on the site.

Very comfortable in a calm place !

The hotel is very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast is very good. The location, as known, is far from downtown but you can use public transportation and the funicular.

The tv has a wood frame to bring some enchantment but it is to wide . I bumped a lot on it and once it dropped to the floor . It is dangerous !
