Me dieron una habitacion para persona con movilidad reducida, el inodoro no tiene tapa y los articulos de aseo ya estaban abiertos. Tuve frio y no encontre una manta extra.

Cómodo, barrio muy tranquilo

El desayuno es muy bueno y tiene un patio externo muy bonito. La habitación tenía ventana al frente que se podía abrir. De noche muy silencioso el barrio ideal para descansar. La cercanía a Estación Central

Not for me.

Location perfect: right next to Central Station which good if you are going to other cities with access to Metro. Only 3 stops from Duomo. Breakfast was decent. Several food restaurants next to hotel open till late. Staff were nice.

Room was small & cramped. Water trickling noise at night which didn't help Bed bugs - I had at least 6 bite marks for this reason I would never stay there again.

Terribly cold

Croissants were very dry.

It was extremely cold in the room. There are no heaters, only airco. You can put the airco on "warmer" but it will still only blow very cold air. The staff explained that Milan's local government forbids hotels to heat through airco. That should have been a warning upfront because I would not have booked. I don't like to stay in a cold hotel room. Slept badly, waking up multiple times due to the cold and working was hardly possible in the morning with a room temp of 16 degrees max. Milano, with its Agenda 2030 policy, having 4 cameras on every street corner, not letting people in with modern clean diesel cars, has taken it to the next level. Horrendous dystopian policies under the false pretext to "save the planet" (a BS religion designed to shift wealth and power).

Fijn hotel dichtbij de trein

Schone, fijne kamer in een hotel met fijne sfeer, op steenworp van het treinstation Milano Centrale.

Mijn buurman vond het lastig zijn deur zacht dicht te doen, verder viel niets tegen!

Très bon accueil 24/24, situation très pratique et très bon petit déjeuner.

Hôtel très bien tenu, personnel très professionnel. Très bien placé lorsqu'on arrive de la gare ou des bus navettes de l'aéroport. Excellent petit déjeuner. Un accueil 24/24 (nous sommes arrivés à 2h00 du matin).

Les oreillers un peu durs.

Bonne situation près de Milano centrale

Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de gare de Milano Centrale, grande chambre double, excellente literie, salle de bain spacieuse, petit déjeuner correct, personnel à la Réception souriant et chaleureux.

Sonorisation à revoir entre les chambres et surtout avec le couloir, portes qui claquent. Le personnel du petit-déjeuner ne s'aperçoit pas très rapidement qu'il n'y a plus de pain, par exemple. Pas de machine à café/thé/eau chaude dans la salle du petit-déjeuner.

good choice

Location is excellent for those, who want to travel by train - a minute-walk from Milano Centrale. Tasty breakfasts with quite a wide range of products, fruit, cheese, local ham, cakes. Clean room, spacoius bathroom.

Room was not much bigger than the bed, but it didn't matter. :)

Temizdi, yeri metroya ve central train stationa baya yakındı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Sessizdi. Bir daha geldiğimde kalmayı düşünebilirim

Resepsiyondaki gece çalışanlar kabaydı. Pasaportunuz bizde kalsın yollarız gibi bir şey söylediler nedenini anlamadık girişimizi bekledik. Odadan çıkarken odanın anahtarını istediler. Dışarıda ihtiyacınız olmayacak bizde durmalı dediler. İlk defa böyle bir uygulamayla karşılaştık. Bir de otelden çıkarken kahvaltıda ikram ettiklerini düşündüğümüz kahveye saçma bir para istediler. Kahveyi içemedik bile ücretli olacağını söyleselerdi almazdık bile.

Perfect for short stay

Staff was amazing, as well as a location and window view. High water pressure in shower. Small, but really delicious breakfast. It was last minute booking for me, and considering the price it was amazing

Noise isolation could be better, also hotel in general quite old, could use some renovation. During my stay, no disposable toothbrush were avaliable.

Super Lage und sehr freundliches Personal

Ich bin nun das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Das Personal (vor allem das Frühstückspersonal) war wirklich sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr zentral (keine 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt), aber trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt und viele Restaurants.

Die Bettdecken sind zu dünn. Die Tagesdecken halten nicht wirklich warm.
