Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, really excellent and fresh choices at breakfast.
More than didn't like, a suggestion....pool area could be manned by a member of staff for drinks and snacks

It’s situation, rooms, swimming pool and very helpful staff
Nearby area is a bit noisy, but not unexpected given its location

Excellent location in the very centre of Castellamare del Golfo, by the little charming harbour. Lots of restaurants around offering fresh fish and authentic cosine. The facility has a swimming pool. Rooms and pool are nested in a small terrace and protected from noise. Breakfast was buffet with wide choice. The hotel was very clean
The room was not particularly spacious, but nevertheless was comfortable

Great location right on the harbour. My room was the only one with a wide enough balcony for chairs - great to sit outside and watch the world go by (although very lively and noisy so it won't be to everyone's taste). Lovely little town with lots of nice bars and restaurants and a good base for visiting the area. Lovely, helpful staff. reasonable breakfast with savoury and sweet choices. Nice swimming pool area.
The rooms are a bit old-fashioned - dark wood and a bit shabby in places (and lots of wicker for some reason!). Driving is quite busy and tight in the lower town and parking can be tricky. It is a very steep town with lots of steps up to the upper part so may not be great for the elderly/wheelchair users.

Lovely room, great location and harbour view, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Great pool area.
Breakfast was disappointing. Staff were mostly unsmiling and didn't replenish items that were finished. No offer to have more coffee. Coffee wasn't great anyway, mostly using long life milk so far as I could tell.

Great location. Lovely room overlooking Marina

great location
very noisy but the hotel were upfront about this I just did not expect quite as much noise until 4am, due to locality of hotel and the fact that it was a weekend so the harbour had a dance party

the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
the location is wonderful
the pool is very serene and gardens were very pretty.
the shower is very small with no place to place your
toiletries. also no place to hang wet bathing suits
when you return from pool or beach.

Clean, quiet rooms facing onto the courtyard. Very efficient air conditioning that could be left on when you are not in the room. Traditional and picturesque building. Very photogenic. Wonderful pool and sun lounging area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided a kettle and cups in the room when asked.
Fantastic location on the harbour front with a large choice of bars and restaurants just outside the door as well as boat trips.
Just a couple of things to be aware of:
The shower cubicle is a bit small.
There are a lot of steps. There is a lift from reception to the first floor rooms, but there are steps to the pool.

Great location for nightlife and restaurants. Staff were freindly and helpful.
Bit of a walk to get to a decent beach. Can get a bit noisy at night but not too bad.

Nothing! Was amazing!

Breakfast was great and the girls were lovely
Very nice hotel and you could get drinks such as coffee etc anytime.
Pool area was very nice- but would of appreciated an extra parasol as it was hot
Free pool towels for use and beach towels to hire
The location on the front is fantastic!
I booked with American Express but when I went to pay I was told they could not accept Amex- really made me mad as I only book places that accept Amex. I would of gone somewhere else or paid ahead of time.
Also, we were trying to helpful and took a twin room but I wish the reception would of told us how much nicer the courtyard room was ( which we originally booked) as we regretted changing ( on mom- daughter trip)

The views were amazing. It was located at the bottom of a hill in the marina with about 10 restaurants nearby. It was one of the few hotels that had a pool, which what was very nice on a hot summer day.
There were many steps to get to the main Street. If you have elderly or unfit people, it was difficult to get there. There were no banks or ATMs down in the Marina.

amazing location with pool. the most relaxing spot. would stay longer next time!
only thing is that the coffee at breakfast isn’t great. nothing else!

Central location in town by water. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The overall hotel is nice. Good breakfast. Good for a layover to head to Palermo airport in the morning.
Our courtyard room was clean but a bit dark (faced a central courtyard) so window shutters had to be closed for privacy. Not the hotel's fault, but location just outside the hotel (old town, waterside) gets very busy in the evening.

beautiful setting, delicious breakfast and coffee, great location, helpful staff. The pool is lovely! Our room was a good size and was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
as is warned in the room description, the front rooms are very noisy during lunch/dinner/drinks.

Excellent location of the hotel. The room was clean and the facilities were very nice
Eventhough there were many choices on breakfast buffet there wasn't any option of fresh cooked dish such as scramble eggs etc

The seafront view was amazing! Location was also incredible. Breakfast was great. The pool was very lovely to hang out in. Facilities were great and they provided clean towels for the beach each day.
The room can get a bit noisy in the evening but that was warned to us and it was a tradeoff we were happy to make to get the views of the port.

Location is very good, right in the port and next to many restaurants and bars. Everything clean. The pool area was a very nice surprise for me, with jacuzzi and beautiful view. Breakfast very tasty with a lot of pastry products.
The rooms were very small and vintage. The guy from reception was not nice and not too client oriented. Fortunately the ladies were very nice and helpful. At breakfast we did not have any kind of omelet or scrambled eggs but finally we found out that they were doing it based on request.
