Superb

The staff were friendly and attentive and went to great lengths to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The historic nature of the hotel was interesting and relaxing. The pool was great to cool down in.

It was tricky to locate at first. You must look for the road sign that marks 21 kilometres to Brenes and look up above the buildings to see the big blue hotel sign.

Secret rural palace...

Charming building & very helpful, welcoming staff.

It would be helpful to have better signage from main road. It's a very small dirt road & easy to miss (which I did more than once!)

I’d stay again, but wouldn’t eat here.

The building was nice, well furnished, our bedroom very comfortable.

Poor signage on arrival, and throughout the property. Only after wandering all over the place did we find a small Reception sign. They were closing for the season in a few days so the pool was not cleaned in a while, and the food…😳

Peaceful stop over on the way to Sevilla airport

Gorgeous historic building and we appreciated the pool after a 5 hour drive. Very helpful host and lovely room. It was a real bonus that there was a restaurant on site as we were tired and had an early flight in the morning. We had a lovely room with lots of space, an attractive seating area and a very comfortable bed.

The shower was a bit slow and a mosquito net might have been useful for our room. These were small things. I appreciate it's a big building to maintain. Overall we were very happy.

Quiet location, off the beaten track, historic buildings, friendly manager

It was nice having access to the large outdoor pool. The manager was friendly with everyone. It was possible to have every meal at the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location about 8 km from Carmona. Having a car is essential. We had a large, upgraded room. Air conditioner, TV, water pressure and temperature all worked fine. WiFi reach could be improved.

Very courteous staff, made us welcome immediately. Excellent value. Lovely old hotel.

Good, plenty of variety and more than sufficient.

Upon arrival after 5hrs driving in hot weather we looked forward to a shower. Unfortunately this did not work. A request at dinner and it was sorted.

Disappointing

It was very peaceful.

A disappointing experience! The pool area was very scruffy and run down, with no toilet, meaning a lengthy trek back inside. The ornamental pool was dilapidated, empty and disintegrating. The outside areas needed a lot of work and attention. The inside bar/restaurant was a dark, dingy corridor. Food was way over-priced so we didn't eat there. The room was very basic and lacking charm,style and comfort. The window didn't open. Bathroom needed completely replacing. Water was unpleasantly salty. Showerhead old/blocked. Unpaved road to get there...With a huge amount of investment, this could be an amazing place.

has a very nice park in front of the terasse, you will be away from any traffic in an ancient site with nice artwork. large property with only few rooms. we used it for visiting Sevilla, but would have enjoyed to be able to stay longer at this nice relaxing place

We used the Hacienda for a very convenient and comfortable base to visit Carmona and Sevilla

Really excellent in every respect. I would very happily recommend Hacienda de los Jinetes to anybody.

nice, quiet place, excellent relaxation, very nice lady of the house, delicious homemade food, good parking at the house, clean room, perfect relaxation.
