Podría mejorar.

La ubicación está perfecta, literal salimos y caminamos y llegamos hasta paseo de Gracia fácilmente

La atención del personal del día de llegada no fue la mejor, la chica que me atendió no fue muy amable. Quedo en avisarme y nos quedamos sentados 2horas hasta el checking a las 15, estando desde las 12 allí abajo.

в целом впечатление негативное, так как не хватает сотрудников на месте, качество услуг не соответствует расценкам.

достаточно чисто, расположено близко к метро

нету сотрудников, ресепшен отсутствует и нужно регистрироваться самостоятельно, было сложно разобраться и нам никто не помог, окно в номере выходит в колодец, свежего воздуха нет, дневного света тоже нет, слышно каждый звук который издают соседи, комната маленькая.

We stayed in budget accommodation in Salerno, Rome, Florence, Venice, Lisbon, Madrid, all were great, but this accommoda

other than the location, nothing

Host not responding to emails. Extremely difficult check in procedure. Room so small that it was uncomfortable to move around in. No aircon. TV was not working. No basin plug. No floor mat for the shower. No hand towel in the bathroom. Broken shower door. Tiny shower.

Quite thin walls, i am heavy sleeper so ppl making noises make a good wake up call in case I miss my morning alarm Its ok locationwise as there is metro nearby Plenty of towels Pretty clean

TV Remote really difficult to control Missleading pictures, a dark tiny room No toilet paper The remote system didnt really work, had to get in touch with staff to open it for me

Trust me and go somewhere else - you’ll find a much better stay for the same price.

- there is a bed in the room - we had extremely funny 60 minutes laughing about how the management is treating complaints and how they reply to bad comments

- extremely bad noise cancellation, you can hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms and from the hallway - light coming thru from around the door, the light fixture is fruorescent, also providing a lot of light - the bed is very uncomfortable - lack of personell means that people smoke weed and cigarettes in the rooms and nobody cares - but you can smell everything in your room as well - all of the above means that we were able to sleep 3-4 hours per night if we were lucky - daily cleaning means making the bad and taking the trash - don’t expect them to change your bedsheet, towels or clean the sink/shower/toilet - dead bugs in the windows and on the floor - there is no “do not disturb” sign so they will come into your room wether you want it or not

Disappointing

The hostel is quite well placed. 4 metro stops to the Gothic Quarter, all within walking distance. The room is small, but you don't need more to spend the night. It was convenient that there was a safe.

Unfortunately, the shower did not work in our room, and since we checked in in the evening, the problem was solved only the next day. Also, the bathroom in general was not very well cleaned. Frankly the biggest disappointment was the inability to take a shower and the dirty bathroom. Before handing over, personal need to check the rooms to see if they are suitable for occupancy.

No réception available. I had a problem to access to my room and no one answered on the phone number. The hotel is super noisy!!! However the bad mattress was super comfy and the room was quite clean...
