Very good

The staff were exceptional and the hotel facilities within the common areas were very good. A good selection of restaurants and parking facilities on site.

I booked a superior double bedroom and felt that it left a lot to be desired. The room is generally dated, the bathroom was uncomfortable with a very small bath and restricted shower space. We also had an extractor close by to our window, which was noisy. It was almost like sleeping close to a train station. This made an otherwise exceptional hotel experience below our expectations.

Thanks to Pamela & the Front Desk Team for the warm welcome and the entire Team on site for making our vacation an exceptional unforgettable experience. To the Management: Your staff really provides extraordinary & exceptional service in every single division!! Unfortunately we couldn’t keep all the names but we can assure you, every single person on site just rocks!!! All the warm and friendly faces will always remind us of the so very happy moments we were able to experience in your incredible Resort. Good but don't be conned into buying the 'Spa' exclusive stuff as certainly was not.

You get sold the Spa extra areas where they are meant to be adults only but they were free to all.

Beautiful Resort with a lot of activities, close to the beach and the heated pool

When you pay 5 star rates for a room you don't expect to be charged 40 euro pr, person for access to the spa.. Ordering snack in the bar was just amusing, 1 hour did it take to serve a club sandwich.. 2 premium burges was raw and needed to be send back.. Mention your ordre loud and clear 2-3 times else you get something else

Amazing breakfast! Lovely pool area. Stuff was helpfull and friendly. Champagne on welcome is a nice touch. Beds were very comfy and the cleaning stuff was amazing as well.

The location was a bit further away from all the places we wanted to visit while in Marbella. They tried to upsell on the reception as soon as we arrived. The beach seams to be too small for this resort, sometimes there are no free sunbeds even if you are a hotel guest and they dont let you book a sunbed in advance.

No separate Shower . Had to stand in the bath.
