Lo Recomiendo😉

La animacion ,Adrian, Telma y Vanesa me parecieron geniales y otra chica francesa con el pelo rizado que no se el nombre y la comida de 10 habia bastante variedad

Que las hamacas de la piscina estaban todas reservadas con toallas y tenias que irte a una zona de hamacas incomunicadas directamente con la piscina ,tenias que dar toda la vuelta. Tambien que tengas que aparcar fuera porque los aparcamientos son de pago no me parecio muy bien ya que el acceso al hotel desde donde aparcas practicamente vienes por la carretera ,me parecio peligroso,creo que deberia tener acceso directo desde el hotel a la zona de tiendas de al lado ,un acceso seguro por donde poder ir andando

Another wonderful stay, with genuine staff on hand to assist when needed.

Cleanliness. Staff; reception and restaurant team were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile. For example, extra assistance with our disability access requirements. Also, our maid Sehar was exceptional. Location, short walk to shops and beautiful beaches with excellent chiringuitos.

Very loud music, although I appreciate this is subjective.

It’s a great place to go with your family so long as you have means to get around Malaga and Marbella. Don’t expect too

Contrary to other reviews I thought the food was pretty reasonable. Lots of fruit and plenty of choice. The pool kept my child entertained from start to finish. The cleaner saw my boys crab teddy and each day made him a different sea creature out of bedding and he was thrilled. Lovely detail.

It’s definitely more of a 2 star hotel than a 4 star. It’s pretty basic, the aircon doesn’t work fantastically.

Disappointing

Pools was nice. Food is very poor. Rooms was not always clean well and we see in a bathroom cockroach one night. For the money we paid it wasn’t worth it.

Expected more from a junior suit and internet was horrible daily cleaning could had been a bit better as they didnt provide us with toilet paper and had to go to reception to get other wise good

The parking is a lie. Impossible to get parking. They give the prices of the restaurant in the room in a nice letter but then they take the price they want and in the reception the argu that it was an old price. Pathetic! The bad service in the reception and don't try to call them. The num 9 is not working like wifi is not working either

I cancelled my reservation after the first night. Too expensive for the commodities that offers. Not a 4starts impressio

Staff was great and helpful, they facilitate the cancellation and understood the situation.

Unfortunately the hotel does not look as we see on the pictures. It didn’t feel comfortable enough so I decided to cancel my booking after the first night. Still the hotel has potential because the infrastructure is there but it needs an update. The green spaces could be used, the pool too small for the amount of people in the hotel.

relaxing place had it not been for the people who are subsidized by the government to have a cheap holiday and they push

the bath had a huge dent in it, shower holder fell off and the food was quite poor during my stay and to top it off no control from people taking the mickey with amenities.

Good value, good for kids but hotel needs updating

Food was average or below average quality. Live cooking station was good but other food on the buffet low quality. Need bacon at breakfast everyday as some days there was none.

Great as a family but could do with a few tweaks

The grounds were great and the pool was fantastic for children. There was a coach from the hotel into Marbella which we used and found very useful. Jose Antonio was amazing with the all the children and he was a real credit to the hotel. Would come back for him one as my children all adored him.

Food was all good however allergen lists were poor. There were a few nights where the desserts had nuts which my son is allergic to and when we requested ice cream I was either told NO or to go to the pool bar. That being said when the restaurant manager was on shift (I think that is what he was) he was fantastic and was able to help. He even insured we were able to sit together. A big hotel for senior holidays - The older people tended to be quite rude and pushed in front of my children a lot int the restaurant. Air con in our room didn't work

the other hotel I chose was outstanding…

it was in the town I wanted but they tried to move us to torremolinos “they were closing early” !!!!’

they cancelled!!
