About this house rental
Welcome to one of the most well-appointed townhouses in the Entrada at Moab complex. This is a deluxe, but comfortably furnished end unit that has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and 2 car garage with views of Arches, La Sal Mountains, and Portal. Whether you play on foot or on wheels, it is equipped with the following special amenities for between 1 to 10 guests to enjoy in downtown Moab, Utah:
• 4 bedrooms: 1 Master and 1 Jr. Master, both have king beds, walk-in closets, and access to En suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed with its own private outdoor sitting area, and the fourth bedroom has a double over double bunk bed for a small family or kid’s delight. The family room has a pullout double bed with access to its own full bathroom. Sleeps a total of 10 in beds. All bedrooms have blackout shades.
• Gourmet Kitchen: The kitchen is outfitted with quartz counters, custom tile, stainless steel full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and convection oven. It also has a Weber propane grill on the deck, coffee maker, crockpot, pans, utensils, and dishes for 10 people to enjoy at a wooden dining table that extends to 130 inches.
• High-Tech: This townhouse is wired to the max for speed and your entertainment needs. Featuring Fiber to the Home, download speeds are capable of up to 1Gb (through wired Ethernet connections throughout the home). A strong Wi-Fi signal blankets the home and provides high-speed connectivity for an unlimited amount of devices. There are 5 smart HDTVs that allow you to take full advantage of all the home has to offer.
• Kid Friendly: This is the only unit with a dedicated kid’s playroom off the family room. The “Kid’s Hide Out” includes a kid’s play kitchen, Smart TV, and a place for playing and/or reading. The unit also comes furnished with a Pack n’ Play, high chair, and dinnerware for children.

Entrada is walking distance from bike shops, OHV rentals, shops, art galleries and restaurants. For the younger kids, two blocks away you'll find Moab’s state of the art Recreation Center with two fun, kid-equipped swimming pools, a skate park, and a well equiped playground.
A spacious kitchen, dining, and living area offers room for your group to stretch out and relax, mingling in the comfort of a tastefully furnished and decorated home environment, or taking in the views of Moab’s red rock horizon from the patio. The kitchen includes ample storage, state-of-the art appliances, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a holiday meal for your entire group. Views range from the Moab rim and the Matheson Wetlands Preserve to the north, and the soaring sandstone walls of the entrance to Kane Creek Canyon to the south west.
Use of a spacious, two-car garage and additional parking for trailers is included in your stay, for safe storage of your toys wherever you may be on your Moab itinerary.
The Entrada Complex pool, open seasonally, features a changing room with heaters and showers and a hot tub, perfect for those chilly fall evenings. Reclining chairs and small tables surround the pool which has depths ranging from 3 to 5 feet. A handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail leading to the water offer fun for all swimmers. The entire area is secured with a fence and a door code.

Loved the location and the whole property. Our condo needs some attentions and TCL. Condo was surface clean but deep down fairly dirty! Floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The baby’s knees and shins were black after crawling around right after our arrival. BBQ is broken. Both sinks in the upstairs bathroom are broken (not draining and a broken plug). Ice maker doesn’t work and leaks which caused a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Add to the listing: bring pool towels, bring dish towels( there were only two). The mattresses on the bunkbeds are horrible - only suitable for small kids- not adults. Vacuum and roller sweeper didn’t work.

This condo looked great in the photos on VRBO. It was even better in person. There were four couples in our group. This was a roomy, comfortable accomodation for us to explore Moab and the parks on the surrounding area.

Perfect spring break getaway! Our large group consisted of four separate families, and each of us had plenty of space. The home was beautiful, well kept, clean, and had all the necessary amenities we could have needed throughout our stay. The littles really enjoyed the kid’s play room. Very conveniently located - just a few minutes from all of the downtown restaurants and shops. We loved everything about this property! The only thing the home lacked, that would have been really helpful, was a couple of baby gates for the top and bottom of stairs. Stairs with a toddler can be challenging. Parking is limited, as can be expected in any townhome type neighborhood, but we still managed to fit our 4 vehicles without too much hassle (2 in garage, 2 on street). Overall, we would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to any large group looking for the perfect spot in Moab. Pick this place, you won’t be disappointed!

This home was the most well appointed and stocked VRBO we've ever had! They had truly thought of virtually everything a visitor might want or need and the layout worked well for a large group of extended family. The toddler's play area under the stairs was a big hit for our 15 month old grandchild!

The property was great. The parking is limited. The add states that there is room for trailers, this is a small sub division that does not have any extra parking. You have a two car garage for normal vehicles and the same on the driveway and one more space in front of you unit, but no room for an additional truck and trailer, although many try and make it work making it very congested. But the unit itself was very nice, especially the dinning room table for 10 (we had 8) was great to sit and talk to everyone.

There is a super coffee shop nearby and central Moab is 5 minutes away. The one downside is the neighborhood has lots of weekend tenants with a party mentality. We unfortunately were disturbed well into the morning hours by neighbors on both weekend nights. We would stay again without hesitation due to how fabulous the place and location are. We would go to bed though with the police’s disturbance number by our bed.

Conveniently located, excellent kitchen and dining area, nicely decorated, convenient laundry and overall layout. Kid hideaway under the stairs was especially popular with our younger crowd.

The location was great, right off the beaten path. We road our bikes every where. The house had 2 bikes that we could use, but we rented our own. The condo was super clean with good linens. Very comfortable living space for my crew of seven large college boys. I would definitely come back.

The back porch is shaded in the afternoon/evening which is nice for being able to enjoy w/o the heat. It is very close to the downtown area; shopping, restaurants. Several of us took walks and felt very safe in the area. Something to be aware of is the 3rd bathroom. It is downstairs and all bedrooms are upstairs so the 2nd master is sharing the bath with the other 2 rooms (or they go downstairs). The 1st master has a private ensuite. My only issue the entire week was a lack of towels and I called and towels were delivered QUICKLY. My only other thought would be to supply separate "pool" towels. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect for large group
We were a group of 7 that stayed a week to hike and see all the sights in the Moab area. The condo was the perfect size with lots of amenities. The day before we left, the batteries in the key code box died and maintenance was out to fix it promptly. I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone in an instant. My 11 year old daughter loved her private reading nook in the kids room. The kids room is definitely a nice bonus to staying here along with the exceptionally stocked kitchen. The kitchen has all the extras that come in handy while cooking.
