About this house rental
Walk to all of your favorite shops and restaurants! Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab. Just 2 blocks from Main Street. You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access.
In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. The rooms were a good size, the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean, and there were fun touches everywhere, from how thr towels were folded, to how the sundry items were displayed. The hot tub was a fun novelty for the teenagers. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the propwrty manager. I tried several times to request a later check out and never heard from anyone. I emailed and called. Overall, our stay was lovely.

This was the perfect place for our trip to Arches! Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, nice pool area, great location. It was too hot for us to use the hot tub, but that looked good too.
