Très bon petit déjeuner et hôte très accueillant

Très grand lit ! Salle de bain confortable et bien équipée. Déjeuner très apprécié ! Merci Christian pour l’accueil.

Un peu isolé. Literie grande mais peu confortable malheureusement.

The hospitality and vibe was fantastic!

The property had a beautiful pool, clean rooms and common spaces, and it was located near stores and restaurants.

The mattress was not comfortable to sleep on.

Parfait !!

Tout était parfait. Christian et son papa sont adorables et présent en cas de question. Enfin une vrai douche avec un vrai pommeau de douche et de l’eau chaude. Le petit déjeuner est bon et assez copieux. Les chambres sont spacieuses, l’établissement est calme et très sécurisé. Pleins de restaurant à 10 minutes à pied ou 2 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de garer sa voiture juste devant l’hôtel.

Rien à dire. Rien avoir avec l’établissement mais il est important de savoir que toutes les plages de Tulum sont privées.

Très bon accueil, agréable

Très bon accueil par les hôtes, qui se rendent disponibles si besoin. Petit déjeuner correct Eau à disposition 24/24 Clim Eau chaude (longue à venir mais présente !) Quartier calme (effectivement au premier abord il peut être moyennement rassurant mais aucun pbm, même en rentrant tard le soir) À 10min à pied du centre et à 10-15min de la gare ADO.

Isolation de la chambre moyenne et petite superficie (pas de placard ou étagères pour sortir nos vêtements, nous les avons laissé dans la valise)

Perfect.

The hotel is located in a quiet street but so close to the center of the town. The family running the hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, great breakfast! What more could you ask for? I would stay here again! Thank you :)

Howlita is the best

I had a feeling with Howlita immediately by looking at the photos and reading the review. On arrival it was even better than expected. The place is really cool and Christian and his mother will make you feel like a home and will give you tips and suggestions invaluable. Howlita has been one of the best accommodation I have seen.

The room was ground level in front of the pool. Big room and decent private bathroom. AC and ceiling fan.

There are only 3 parking spots and is first come first serve. Parking is available on the street but also kinda limited.

Feel at home in Mexico

The host were amazing, beyond nice, we felt at home, they were always here for us in case of anything, we felt super safe in there hotel

Unfortunately due to the bad weather no internet and no electricity in the night, but on the morning everything was sorted

Great

Sabrina and her husband are just lovely! They were both flexible and helpful. The room was big and the beds comfortable. The breakfasts were really nice. The pool was delicious. There is a private parking in front of the building. We loved our two nights there!

Although we did not feel unsafe (two girls), the neighborhood looked a little bit sketchy (few lights, no sidewalk). Otherwise the location is alright

Intimate and peaceful

The property is intimate and peaceful, feels like an Airbnb! Clean and a little oasis. We loved the pool at all hours of the day, comfortable rooms, and nice sitting area. The hosts Ricardo & Sabrina were lovely as well as the staff!

Not a “dislike”, but just fair warning that the property is a ~10 minute walk to town, so a bit off the beaten path. The walk through the neighborhoods to the main road is lovely though! And felt safe.

All was amazing. Superb breakfast and really clean and tidy. Sabrina was very welcome and friendly, always prompt to help us and give us tips about where to eat what to avoid and how to reach the places. We only stayed 2 nights and wished for more.

Very nice staff (+ puppy!), comfortable and very spacious room + beds, nice view over the pool, quiet, breakfast included, parking available.

100% recommend staying here in Tulum!

We loved staying here for 5 days. Perfect right around the corner from the main street. Very clean (cleaned every day!) and quiet room. Super big bed and comfy A/C. We enjoyed laying around the pool and the amazing service and breakfast every day with fruits, yogurts, and eggs. Was lovely for the full duration, 100% recommend it. The place gets locked up at night, which feels safe.

Really good stay in Tulum

A hidden gem in Tulum. The staff and the owner made our stay very pleasant and took amazing care of us. The room was very big, clean and had everything we needed. The serve a lovely breakfast in the terrace in the morning and the place is a very short walk to the main road where all the restaurants/bars are. I highly recommend this place.

We loved the place, Sabrina and Cristian are just amazing and on top of everything all the time. Cristian was super helpful with excursions, where to rent a scooter, where to eat etc.. with amazing prices. Sabrina was serving us a great breakfast with fruit, eggs, fresh juices, teas, coffees. The place is very well build, european standards with hot water and good pressure always working. The wifi was fast (they have fiber) I really loved it.

Super nice staff! Sabrina and Christian are very friendly and they really care about their guests. Delicious breakfast and great atmosphere.

The room is nice and clean but we wish there was a closet to put our clothes in.

Very good

Christian and Sabrina were absolutely lovely. Super helpful and very accommodating! The breakfast was very good and any requests were met with a smile. Howlita is a small hotel with a nice breakfast area and beautiful outdoor space.

Our bed was a bit too hard for us, would recommend adding some foam for people who like to sleep a bit softer.

Great place to stay in Tulum!

Christian was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our Tulum trip planning, suggesting activities and helping with pickup from airport and coordinating car rental. When we arrived, they were accommodating to our needs, actively trying to make us feel welcomed and at ease. Breakfast was personalized and of great quality. The rooms were clean, well illuminated. A/C were working as needed. The bathroom was clean as well as the towels and bedsheets.

I had a broken foot and the stairs to the breakfast area were difficult to manage. But, I am pretty sure that I could have asked for breakfast at another location of the hotel. The hotel location is rural and dark and lonely at night. Being this the only obstacle, everything was great!
