Exceptional

We liked there everything. Very clean, place! Very careful owners. Perfect breakfast! And good location going to the sea. We had private parking. Good place to stay for short visits to Cagliari.

Highly recommended!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of place is exceptional! Location was good if you want to be between beaches and town. The proximity of the shop and restaurant and bus stops is very convenient. Breakfasts with good selection and great quality of food.

Good value accommodation in a good location

The hosts communicated well and were very hospitable. The room was spacious and even had a separate dressing area. Location was good with easy access to local facilities and transport links. Manuela was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and really good. Parking was available on site and was secure.

Access to the accommodation was a bit complicated and we needed to have several keys for different doors but it was not a massive problem once we figured out which key for which door.

Nice place, nice hosts, good breakfast, closed parking available. Room with big balcony. Supermarket open 24/7 across the street. Quiet place (excluding match time, football stadium nearby :-) )

Bit isolated, 3.5km from city center, and only one bar nearby - this is residential area.

Very noisy place

The host is absolutely brilliant. That's not what it's about, when I review my stay.

The room was so noisy with neighborhood in the house, that it was only possible to sleep with ear plugs in. Barking dog on the top floor, television sound and you can hear and listen to single conversations. This is not a good place to stay, if you just want some rest at night. In total a big disappointed, after reading all the great reviews before. The most peculiar thing was.... There is a safety door at the entrance of the appointment. You can only open it with a little magnetic key. If it should burn and you can't find that key, you will be in big trouble. I don't understand how something like that is legal. In Germany this would not be allowed or possible.

Great experience in Cagliari

Perfectly clean room, everything is as in the photos. Location is very good - easy to reach the city centre as well as the beach by foot or by bus. Manuela & Enrico are just incredibly welcoming hosts, easy to communicate even though I didn't know any Italian. Also super extensive breakfast provided. Absolute 10/10, can recommend this to everyone who visits Cagliari!

excellent b&b central to all of Cagliari. Hosts were attentive and nothing was too much. Highly recommend Elia’s as

well looked after property, comfy bed, welcomed air conditioning as it was over 35 degrees during the day. Central to the beaches and town, easy access to local buses, bus stop located less than 5 minutes walk. supermarket across the road that opens till midnight every night. The hosts were great, friendly, warm and welcoming, breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality, especially the fresh croissants daily. would definitely stay again. fabulous place to stay and good value for money.

Perfect stay, great service

The owner is the sweetest woman! when we just arrived she met us with juice and water. She explained everything where we could go and how to reach the places better. The apartment is renovated and clean.

Excellent stay at B&B Elia's, Enrico and Manuela are marvelous hosts and Cagliari is a great city.

The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was very good. B&B Elia's location is excellent: close to Poetto, Cagliari's beach, as well as few minutes by car from the city centre. Enrico and Manuela are the perfect hosts.

Absolutely amazing! 5*

I have to say, I am so impressed. The B&B is extremely well located, extremely clean and just very comfortable. They made sure to tidy and clean it after every day but above all, I have to say that the hospitality and the breakfast was really over the top. Elia was always available at anytime and always ready to serve more food for breakfast. I felt spoilt! Also, she allowed me to keep my luggage after checkout for as long as I needed and the payment methods are easy and modern. If you are expecting to use the buses, they are literally at your door step with the supermarket too and the beach at a distance of 10 minutes. Cannot recommend this B&B more! Excellent!! 5*

Superb

The room was very comfortable, and it is part of an apartment nicely converted in a very clean and beatufully decorated B&B. Manuela, the host, has been very kind all the times, providings many useful info about where to go for dinner, place to visit, and best routes to get to them. She cleaned and tidied up the room all the mornings (not all the B&Bs provide this service). SHe has been very welcoming and let us felt as at home. The breakfasts were delicious with recently-done croissants (a part all the rest...). The area is calm and the rest close to both the beach area and the centre.

You could hear (and be heard) the other customers in their rooms, but this issue did not affect our sleeping times.

Comfy stay friendly experience

My stay in Bb Elias was really comfy, location is super (centre 10 min with bus , market 3 min, beach 10 min with bus you can also walk then it is like 25 min depends on walk, but I took everyday daily bus ticket (around 3 euro) so I was more flexible to move. There is every 10 min a bus going to the beach or centre so moving was really easy. Rooms are total clean, there is a really nice smell in the entrance welcoming you every time which I find extra sweet. Thank you for the friendly experience!
