It was ok. Customer service from the staff was good.

I thought it’s close to Alona beach but it’s still about a 20-min walk to the beach. I understand there’s the pool but nothing can beat sea water.

This is the only hotel i’ve been to that charges an extra bed mattress on a daily/nightly basis.

perfect place in panglao

the family room was VERY spacious and it was great it had a fridge in the room. the air con & wifi was good also. the pool area is very nice, the pool is nice and the sun loungers. the staff were very attentive. they helped us arrange port pick ups & also tours. it is close to lots of restaurants and shops. the Italian near it is amazing

it’s roughly a 8-10 minute walk to alona beach, but a nice walk down there. there isn’t many facilities on site such as small amount of snacks & the restaurant was limited also.

if you want a location that is near to all yes i recommend

uhm it’s so near to all food establishments and few minutes away to the beach

if you’re in need of WiFi I don’t recommend coz I keeps on disconnecting

Very quite area even the location is near Alona beach..Close to restaurant, friendly staff and have Pool.

No free amenities likes soap, shampoo,toothbrush.. No glass and kettle provide.

1. do not except cashless payments 2. too many mosquitos in the room (when we came the window in the bathroom was opened and bathroom was full with mosquitos)

The staff were very helpful which is the bonus of our stay.

The hotel is located near the highway and is walking distance to the beach and the stores.

1. The hotel accepts cash payments only. So ensure you have cash ready. They do not accept credit cards nor debit cards. 2. The toiletries are given on "ask basis". Ask for your toiletries provision before using the toilet. 3. The internet connectivity is unstable. Bring your own wifi if internet connection is very important to you. 4. The cabinets are waiting to be cleaned to eliminate the smell of roaches. 5. The restaurant operates within a specific, narrow period. Ask the receptionist of the restaurant operations to avoid disappointments.

love the room as its clean although the pool has so much chlorine in it but the place looks great!

the aircon did not get cold until 2 days after

Exceptional

Great location, clean and bright rooms, exceptional restaurant, attentive staff, big pool, superb gym, and comfy beds- that’s all what you need to have an unforgettable stay in Panglao, Bohol. Panglao Regents Park hotel ticks all of this. Excellent place.

Afforrdable, clean and accomodating staff

-clean room and spacious bed -7-10mins walk to Alona beach -Accomodating staff. The staff help me to reach the airline in the airport because the airline's office is in Tagbilaran and most of the contact numbers are not working so they contact the airline in the airport for me but unfortunately the airline does not entertain queries regarding cancellation of flight that day over the phone so I went to the airport to check the status. It's not the job of the hotel staff to contact the airline but they excel on their service to help me.

Refund for 1 night due to Covid19 outbreak. I booked for 2 nights but I want to cancel the 2nd night due to lockdown in Manila. The hotel offered to rebook the unused room within 3mos but what if the situation is still the same? In my case since I take a chance passenger on that day I did not cancel day 2 of my reservation because I can still use that just incase there's no more flight for me. But over all stay is good.
