Regret. Not as expected.

Location and view.

Very poor breakfast, there was no vegetables and just two kinds of fruits, small rooms, not cleaned properly, dirty pool, no cups in the room, the bathroom had ceiling mounted shower head. Would not recommend, and do not visit the island in july and august, you will regret it.

It was a great experience and I can't wait to return to Ischia.

First of all, I want to say that it was my first time in Ischia, and the area where I stayed was very close to the port. The bus stop that goes to the port is right next to the hotel, which was very helpful for when we wanted to go out to the city both during the day and at night. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to get to the port by bus. The view from the rooms was superb, as you can see in the picture. The staff was very attentive and helped us whenever we needed it.

One thing I think they could improve would be the breakfast and vegetarian options. (More options for them) However, when we asked for something specific they were very nice and brought it to us. (tomatoes in our case)

Bella struttura , pulita e personale gentilissimo e disponibile . Bella sala colazione davanti al mare. Stanze con belle terrazze davanti al mare Comodo il centro termale collegato

Colazione non molto varia e purtroppo abbiamo trovato i letti ma soprattutto i cuscini un po’ datati. Consigliato verifica e una sostituzione Consigliamo inoltre gli accessori bagni come bagnoschiuma e almeno uno shampoo e non saponette piccole difficili da utilizzare

Exceptional

I was on the holiday with my son for some days in Ischia. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel was perfect for us, we didn't miss anything. The personal was very polite and helpful. We will come back soon.

A fantastic stay

Beautiful pool area with gorgeous views. Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the town centre where most of the restaurants are located.

Friendly Staff, gorgeous view and well priced.

The view of the water was so nice! we even saw a fireworks from a neighbouring island. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. we felt welcome the moment we arrived. Breakfast was good and it was included. The servers were very happy and positive.

We could hear everything from the room next door. The sound really carried.

The facilities and room was very clean and the swimming pool area was great! They make the bed and clean the rooms every day. With breakfast is good value for price as well.

Amazing experience

The stuff of the hotel were always very kind and helpful and the view from the room and the swimming pool was stunning! Very good location, well connected with Ischia Port through several bus lines and a walk distance from Casamicciola, where you can find bars, restaurants, stores and the beach We went for a weekend trip only, but we really enjoyed our time there! Next time we will book for more days!!

Nothing prepares you for the views.

The location, the pool and the views were extraordinary. Throwing open the shutters to the perfect, uninterrupted ocean view with Vesuvius off in the distance was remarkable. Staff very helpful arranging taxis, and there's a scooter hire place just across the road too.

The rooms and breakfast were pretty basic.

Fabulous staff, view and location! We had an amazing stay and miss everything a lot. The staff is like family, and makes you truly feel at home. The breakfast is simple, and tasty. The hotel is conveniently located ten minutes walk from Casamicciola Terme and there is a bus stop right in front of the entrance. The view is dream-like! And you can sleep with the windows open and just hear the sound if the waves. And wake up to an incredible show for dawn! Thank you for everything, hope to come back soon!

Very good

The hotel is so quiet and peaceful, the view is amazing, and it's also bang in the middle of two towns (both walkable for dinner/supermarket etc). In the room the air-conditioning worked very well and we had a lovely terrace too.

Breakfast wasn't great, we opted to go to the town on our second day and the pool closes quite early at 6pm (well before sunset). The room was also quite small, and the lighting/ambience/decor was quite dated.

It was quite an experience, but very unpleasant one.

Nothing. In fact I was very disappointed, one cannot say that the place was beautiful, just because the hotel has a view to the sea, and that’s it.

They assigned me a single room with a single bed, extremely small, it was a box room, without windows, I had no space to move, I could barely take two steps in a row, there was only one very narrow door that led to a small patio behind the house, and to the worst of all, the small patio opened directly onto a cemetery down below through which when night fell I had to close the only door because leaving it open scared me a lot. I asked several times to change my room, not caring if I had to pay more money if necessary, but according to them it was not possible, and the most terrible thing about the case was that initially when I made the booking, I had to pay everything to Booking .com and if I left the hotel my money would not be returned, since paying in advance has its purposes on the part of the seller, or not?

Superb

The view from the balcony was amazing, very relaxing environment and helpful and friendly staff! The hotel offers discounts to nearby restaurants and thermal parks. Breakfast was delicious and the overall experience was great!

The shower was a bit small, depending on the room location there is quite the amount of stairs to climb.

In my opinion a 3 star hotel not a 1 star. Clean, quiet, good rooms, amazing views and super staff

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Laura in particular, went out of her way to help with some special requests. Beautiful location, clean rooms, peaceful and quiet with amazing views. I can't understand why it's rated as a 1 star hotel. Definitely a 3 star!

Lovely spot on the north coast

Beautiful view, peaceful, well connected to towns and beaches. Large room and comfy bed!

Amazing views, good breakfast, great staff.

Excellent breakfast, very nice staff, close to thermal pools and beach club. Nice hotel pool. Amazing view from private balcony. Very helpful staff. Good snacks.

The beds. One too soft and the others too firm. Wish that it was closer to restaurants, but there is a bus stop right in front of hotel.

Great place - very comfortable and was exactly what we needed it to be for a calm getaway.

Breakfast was great- much bigger variety than your average included breakfast and most importantly the coffee was delicious and not from a machine!
