Beautiful hotel in beautiful Ischia

Pool was amazing and staff super friendly

There could have been more options on the food menu - was a bit limited for us vegetarians

Beautiful hotel close to bus stops, friendly staff

Beatiful hotel close to bus stops (line 3 stops in front of the hotel and lines 1,2 & CS stop close to Bar Topless from where you walk 10 mins to the hotel). Also, friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was great.

Very small room and shower. Also, breakfast was quite simple, so it could be improved. Also, lunch could be ordered no later than 13.30 so that is good to keep in mind unless you want to eat lunch elsewhere.

With kids not easy to get to the bus station, specially on the way back, the walk to the hotel is challenging.

Most enjoyable stay.

Staff were great, Very helpful, how to get round the island, busses and that. Room serviced daily, very clean Great view from the roof terrace. The pool and area was immaculate Pool bar was great after a dip. We ate most nights in the Restaurant. It a was fine with a new menu every day. We would definitely go back if we return to Ischia.

Local dogs were a bit noisy and the passing traffic if you were on the balcony. Other than that it was perfect.

Peaceful accommodation

The service was amazing. Communication was always peaceful and comfortable.

The AC was to could and not possible to change. We talk with the managers, but they didn't resolve the situation for us.

Beautiful place

This was such a beautiful place! The pool was so amazing and relaxing. The location was great! A short 10 minute walk to restaurant and beach. The staff were so nice and helpful. Provided great information when we arrived and was always there to help us when we had questions. Thank you so much!

Wauw! This hotel was the best of our trip through Amalfi. The staff was really helpfull and friendly. They helped us with a smile. The room was perfect. The breakfast was really good. We enjoyed the swimming pool after a day full of activities. It was really lovely to stay here. Grazie mille!

Property was very beautiful, we ate at the restaurant on site and the food was great

The supposed thermal hot springs that were being pumped into the pools were not hot at all nothing like we expected the 1st night we stayed in Ischia at an other hotel on the south side of the island

Incredible value for money! Definitely would recommend.

The staff was lovely, especially the waitors. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was really incredible and exceeded all expectations. The photos really do not do it justice! Amazing place.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable but it really wasn’t that bad.

Our room and bathroom was extremely little. In our stay there was a couple that waked us up at 8am shouting and arguing like they were going to kill each other twice and when we told the staff they told us this was “normal” . They definitely shouldn’t allowed this and think about other guests …

Very good

The facilities are good maintained, the pool and chill area was beautiful with lots of green and flowers. And the roof top bar with his unforgettable view on Casamicciola.

The toilet was without window that was uncomfortable. The humidity stays and it was smelly for a while. And the breakfast was little choice if you like to make a sandwich or eat fruit. Lots of sweet pastries though.

Very good

They fixed soon the issue with the breakfast, buying a lot of things just for me both days. The staff, expecially Mr. Fiore, was very polite and hospitable: they really care about their guests. The room was clean and the view of the see amazing.

Even if advised about food intolerances, they didn't provide anything to eat for the aperitif which was gluten free. I had some troubles with the breakfast as well (promptly solved by the staff)
