Nice Budget hotel in great location

The rooms had air- conditioning and a fridge. I asked for a kettle, plate and cutlery and was given it. There was free WiFi which worked well.

The mattress did not have a soft top , so you could feel the Springs. I folded a quilt to insulate the top of the bed and that made it more comfortable.

Great quality for the price

Retro vibe in the rooms, clean and comfortable. Great location. There is a craft beer shop and pizza place just below it, with 10% discount for the clients

No WiFi. A very small bathroom where the floor was all wet after 1 person using the shower, small capacity of the water boiler (not enough warm water for 5 people to take a shower)

Let me check in early/drop bag. Ok English language, explained everything. Family run, nice people. Location is superb.

The room was big, very comfortable and good located. Also the host was so kind and contacted us even before our stay and reserved us a taxi to the airport. Thanks for the stay!

Payment only with Bulgarian money (Lew). But money transfer is available at the airport.

It was nice clean and comfortable stay

The place was clean comfy and warm and I had good nights sleep after a long days travelling

A lot of stress

Not far away from the pedestrian zone

Unfriendly staff. I booked the room as i was on my way with a bus to Varna and wrote a message that i could come to the hotel not earlier than 21:30 ( as it was app. 20:15) . A lady has phoned me immediately and i really did not get what she wanted from me as she did not speak any word english, expecting me talking to her in russian ( probably because of my forename). After 5 minutes of questions i got she want me to come right now, as she had to close. As expected i came at 21:30 and there was her son at the reception who told : „ no card only cash“ . I asked him if i can at least put my bag and after that go to look for an ATM in the city. He wanted the cash immediately, but as i told that probably it is easier to find another hotel he agreed to get money the next morning and went. Than the lady phone and insisted she comes to TAKE MY PASSPORT !!! To keep it till i bring the money. Awful experience. Awful furniture in the room.

Excellent location, close to the centre and the beach, very kind owner. AC unit.

No kettle or microwave, poor mattresses The air conditioner was dripping and needs a cleaning because it gave me allergies. There was drilling and hammering in the building from about 8.30am on weekdays, which was quite loud.

A nice and tidy room in the city center, and the owner is extremely nice and kind.

The extremely nice and friendly owner met us at the facility and took us to our room, which was neat and spacious. The room is located in the very center of the city, which was fantastic, but unfortunately, we only had one night, so we didn't see much. In any case, if we come to Varna again, we will stay in the same room again. Thank you, ma'am.

the location couldn’t be better; very friendly host;

one night stand cheap place

cheap price and centrally located hostel. Room had balcony and bathroom. It is a room for 1 person.. not more than that.

In the morning it was very noisy.. couldn't sleep well. Super small room. Noisy air conditioner. Smelly room.. probably because of cigarette smoking customers

Clean, comfortable, very center, beautiful view

I ordered a room for 1 day, in connection with a flight to Russia from Varna airport. Great location. There are many restaurants and cafes around. Nice staff. I lived in a cozy attic with a beautiful view of the park, the cathedral and the theater. It is convenient to get to the airport by bus number 409, stop not far from the hotel, in front of the cathedral.

Very steep staircase. But this is the exoticism of the old house :-) There are no other complaints. My wife and I liked everything

Great value!

It was clean , great value for the cost , the location is great , close to everything and if you are a tourist like me , finding the spot with Maps or through instructions from others is easy.

The shower's water heater wasnt working quite well.

There was enough room for everyone and it was quite comfortable! Hospitality from the staff is also a plus

The rooms had the same description but were completely different, one being much better than the other.
