Relax e pace nella campagna umbra

Avevamo bisogno di un po' di relax e pace per staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana e abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno al Nikis resort!!!meravigliosa la struttura tutta composta da più edifici storici sapientemente restaurati e perfettamente inseriti nel panorama della campagna umbra!!!una vera chicca la chiesetta sconsacrata con bellissimi affreschi antichi e con opere d'arte pittorica moderna che ben si inseriscono nel contesto e che abbiamo piacevolmente ritrovato ad abbellire anche le pareti della camera. Bellissime le due piscine ,fare il bagno con i colori caldi del tramonto è stata un'esperienza che non dimenticheremo,in altre strutture ci era capitato di non poter godere pienamente della piscina per via degli orari di chiusura della stessa, invece al Nikis siamo potuti rimanere in piscina per tutto il tempo che abbiamo voluto e lo abbiamo veramente apprezzato!!!ampissima,pulita e dotata di ogni comfort la camera.Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cena con un menù studiato per esaltare i sapori umbri ,con pietanze buonissime , ben impattate e ben spiegate dal personale. Particolarmente abbondante e variegata la colazione.Un plauso al personale tutto, per primo a Matteo, il proprietario, che ci ha accolti e fatti sentire a casa!!!Grazie di cuore a tutti, continuate così....alla prossima

Non abbiamo trovato le asciugamani per la piscina in camera ma non le abbiamo richieste,abbiamo utilizzato quelle della doccia

Ottimo buen ritiro

Location meravigliosa, adatta al relax silenzio e tranquillità, camera grande moderna e luminosa, bagno grande, peccato la mancanza del bidet. Piscina con vista sulla vallata un vero incanto. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile (piccolo problema con acqua calda risolto immediatamente). Colazione ottima servita sulla veranda, come la cena che abbiamo avuto il piacere di consumare per 2 sere, servizio impeccabile ( piatti su vassoio e cloche) pietanze descritte e presentate in maniera eccellente. Un particolare ringraziamento a Francesco per la sua disponibilità e competenza, prezzi piuttosto alti ma in linea con il livello della struttura.

La mancanza del bidet è fastidiosa. Gli alloggi dove eravamo sono lontani dal corpo centrale quindi è necessario usare la macchina per colazione e cena, naturalmente ci si può arrivare a piedi ma non è proprio agevole il percorso

Como en casa!

Hemos estado una semana en una de las 'Cais' y ha sido como estar en casa! Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y limpias, camas grandes y cómodas, equipadas con frigorífico y televisión, además de una pequeña terraza desde donde admirar las maravillosas vistas. El desayuno es abundante y variado, con tortas deliciosas hechas en casa y opciones para quien sea vegano, además el staff del desayuno es fantástico, amable y atento (un plus para el establecimiento por todo el staff). Los servicios que ofrece el hotel son muy interesantes, nosotros hemos disfrutado de dos masajes y una degustación de vinos de la zona y nos ha encantado! Sin duda volveremos algún día para disfrutar de este maravilloso lugar en medio del verde de esta magnífica región llamada Umbría! Gracias por todo!

Una queja el no poder ir con nuestras mascotas a desayunar, cuando en Italia podemos por fortuna ir a todos los sitios con ellos (aunque es una regla que tienen muchos hoteles).

Un hotel business tra le colline

Bellissima location con vista mozzafiato. Le camere sono ben arredate e c'è tanto spazio verde. La struttura è contraddistinta da un meraviglioso silenzio e un'atmosfera tranquillità e di relax. Cena al ristorante molto buona. Personale molto gentile, inoltre ci è stato fatto un upgrade di camera gratuito perché la struttura aveva delle suite libere - gesto molto apprezzato.

Colazione estremamente deludente. Dal loro sito si legge "il buongiorno si vede dal mattino", peccato che il buffet, seppur variegato e con tante cose, sia di qualità scadente e abbiamo fatto colazione in struttura solo per comodità (è molto lontana da centri abitati). In un posto del genere mi aspetto di trovare prodotti a chilometro zero e di produttori locali, invece era tutto confezionato - una colazione da hotel business in centro città adatta a turisti stranieri. Materassi e cuscini molto scomodi, abbiamo fatto fatica a riposare bene.

Apartment a bit far away for staying there one entire week. air cond. not easy to adjust, either cold with humid floor in bathroom or not cool enough. Roommaids forgot towels or shampoo one day or the other

Superb

The resort locates in a stunning landscape and it was a memorable experience to stay there. The intriguing history behind its restaurant, which was an old church, and its transformation into a restaurant added a unique and charming ambience. The preservation of the original architecture, combined with contemporary elements, created an enchanting atmosphere. The food and wines served at the restaurant were wonderful. We particularly enjoy the dining experience in the alfresco setting.

A fabulous little getaway to relax in

What a beautiful location to stop and relax from the busy travelling and sight seeing. My husband enjoyed a horse ride and swimming in the pool. We were upgraded for our stay, and the room was amazing with awesome views and privacy. It is a far distance away from the towns, but is just magical. Amazing breakfast provided. Very helpful staff.

It was great to have the restaurant on site, but we did find it very expensive compared to other restaurants that we have eaten in, the food was great, but the portions very very small.

Very welcoming, so enjoyed our chat with Marti and any staff we met. As an architect, appreciated the amazing rehab of these buildings, not easy in any case especially in a remote location. The ambience is perfect, the dinner excellent and beautifully presented. Wish we could have stayed longer, it was a very relaxing place. Bravo.

It was so good that we came back couple of days later to spend our last night in Italy at Nikis Resort

The property was clean and cozy, staff, especially Matteo took care of us and gave us exceptional service. Food is very delicious and the view is incredible.
