horrible!

everything is being charged, extra pillows are charged. they also won’t accept credit cards but cash transactions only. the room and the bathroom are dirty

Good for the price.

Location amazing. Centrally located easy to walk around the main downtown of the city. So many food choices as well around the area. LP mall is a step stone away.

The property looks tired and dated. But you get what you pay for I guess. It is truly affordable. And the cleaning staff really does try to clean the property as much.

I have not taken my breakfast because i forgot i checked out early and the receptionist didnt remind me. About the location its good

The check in time... I asked if I can check in early of the check in time since I have to leave the house early due to the long travel hours. You know Its 5hrs away from ours. Since I was not assured I took the 2nd trip where the arrival time is exactly the check in time. The result I was trembling because I was not able to have lunch on time

aircon sounded like 2 trucks in my room....it got better with a run though....lol

AC not too cold. Cant leave the room AC turned on so if we come back the room would be cold.

Elevator wasn't working on the second day of our stay and we have senior citizen who has difficulty in walking. It was a struggle walking from the 3rd floor going down.

Adequate but room for improvement (But more attention to guest requests)

No breakfast available on site

No air conditioning in corridors.Plus kettle in room.As hot water provided in corridors.Innadequete not hot enough.Also very important point.The night before my departure at 6-30 am.I ordered a taxi at the reception desk.Plus security on entrance door.Next morning no taxi.When l enquired at reception.The answer was staff forgot (unbelievably unprofessional reply).Resulting in my exiting the hotel 🏨.And walking around side streets.Where l eventually found a trycicle.Otherwise l would have missed my flight ✈️ to Manila.And consequently two further connecting flights 👎

Cozy place

Cozy place and close to the restaurants, stores and the port of Dumaguete.

Our room has no hair dryer which is just a minor issue.

Good place to stay the night before taking a ferry to Siquijor the next morning.

The location was only a 10 minute walk to the ferry port. There were plenty of restaurants very close by and we found an excellent spa for a very nice massage. The room was clean and large and the facility was well maintained.

I prefer rooms with refrigerators.

Overall, We really enjoyed our Stay at Hotel Nicanor 😊

I really love Hotel Nicanor. the family room was really great and huge. I Love it because of its affordability, and cleanliness. and ofcourse and the location was really great. indeed, at the heart of the city .

We’ve noticed that the aircon didn’t cool that much .

Passable

I picked this hotel because of its location near to pier. Everything was okay not amazing but not horrible. Room was somewhat clean, the bed was comfortable and stuff answered questions I had.I wouldn't stay here more than one night, but for transit it worked good.

location and room size was very good.

The towels look like rugs as its very old and lost its fluff. Really needs changing as its already dirty white in colour. The tub base has cracks and ants pass through the cracks. shower pressure is low and hot water is an issue.
