there is no lift or elevator.

Noisy, can hear people from outside talking and slam the doors

Staff and the security guards were nice

Room 115, no table, no cabinet to hang our clothes worst is no hanger as well.

A visit to Negros Oriental

The room is spacious. It is clean. I love the bed, linen, pillows and blanket. Staff are courteous. It is near to a shopping mall and bus station/public transport. Eateries are nearby. Also a discount is given to us being senior citizens as provided by Phils. law.

Central location

Close to amenities 10 min motor bike ride to promenade and food courts. Good location for ferries and airport

Nice quality of bedding Helpful and friendly staff Good parking

Mosquitoes. A lot of mosquitoes in my room every day. I never opened the window and opened the door. The manager can use the very caustic spray, after which you cannot enter the room for several hours. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Sometimes I had to sit in the lobby to get a bit of speed. I couldn't use my mobile network coz the building blocked a signal.

staffs were very helpful especially the guards..you don't really have to ask for their assistance and the housekeeping too..they'd ask if you need anything

the room is missing a table and chair and cabinets too..i'm pregnant so having my bag on the floor was hard for me

Everything, the hotel staff are friendly and so helpful, some even become my friends, great location near to mall and taxis

Would prefer kettle for hot beverages but no problem as next to mall

Go Hotels saves a melting Canadian!

Great air con!!! I moved from another hotel because their air con was useless. ( I am Canadian if that helps ) Due to some health issues I had some special needs. All the staff were fantastic and did everything possible to make my stay as pleasant as possible.Having a shopping mall next door was a fantastic bonus! The masseuse was just what I needed.

I had a chest cold during my entire stay at Go Hotels....not their fault!!!!
