Perfect location for exploring the area and we loved the free bikes to arrive in Amiens in style!

Beautiful house with small private terrace in a small green village near Amiens. Nice cycle/walk route.
Sun protection during hot weather could be improved.
3.5
It was very well equipped, lovely comfy bed and loved having the bikes available to use
it was very dull weather whilst we were there so interior of house can feel dark and do can the little outside area (the host set up steamers chairs for us in his fab garden)
4.5
Great little gite within easy reach of Amiens.
Plenty of character and secure off-road parking.
Hosts also welcoming and extremely helpful.

Friendly welcome from hosts , very spacious , comfortable and nice character touches in the decoration. Very well equipped- washing machines for both clothes and dishes and all the laundry equipment needed. A really nice garden and our own courtyard beside the gite. Wifi was very good. Boulangerie within easy walking distant and a good restaurant at the end of the street. Parking available both in the gite courtyard and on the street. Easy to find a park. Although the gite is on the street it wasn't too noisy. Easy access to roads leading out to WW1 battlefields. Supermarket not far away by car and we loved the proximity to the lovely Hortillonnages. Thanks to our hosts for a really pleasant stay.
4.6
Lovely little cottage style accommodation with secure parking. Hosts very helpful. Pretty garden available for guests to use however weather wasn't warm enough when we stayed. Great walk along the River Somme into Amiens
There is a polished wood spiral staircase which is very steep with narrow treads. This wasn't a problem for us but not suitable for anyone with reduced mobility. Although there is a sofabed and toilet on the ground floor the shower is upstairs.
