I like it’s right in town so we can walk to most places. The bike storage area was convenient since we didn’t have a lock for the bike rack. They thought of everything for our dog as far as poop bags, bowls, and outside area. Will try to stay here every time we’re in Moab!!

This property was perfect for our needs. It couldn’t be more centrally located. Easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. Great restaurants and shops right around the corner. The apartment was nicely equipped. Bed was comfortable.

Good experience. Had our dog and not much outdoor space for him to relieve himself. Access to town was perfect. Great for two but since other two would have to sleep on murphy bed in living room maybe best for one family. I really enjoyed our stay.

Location, Location, Location! Since we only had one vehicle, we really needed a place where we could walk to everything. This placed delivered 100% You really are right in the middle of town. The place had everything we needed. And, we loved the vibe of the patio and hot-tub. It really is a great place for 2-4 people.

This VRBO was great! The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. The only downside was the place was not finished being cleaned when we checked in, so we had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes which was not ideal after a long day of hiking. Other than that, our experience was great and would recommend it.

This flat was the perfect, convenient stay for my husband, myself, and our puppy. The flat is one block from the main strip of Moab which has shops, restaurants, coffee, bars, etc. The drive to Arches National Park was 15 minutes. We would take an opportunity to stay again in a heartbeat. The courtyard was a great additional feature to the nice, clean, spacious, and well-decorated space. The bedroom had a great TV, light dinners, and a comfortable king-sized bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our puppy loves the easy access to the court yard. Highly recommend this place!

Almost every aspect of the property was pretty great: It was clean, affordable, well appointed, tastefully decorated, relatively spacious, and within walking distance of restaurants and other Moab attractions. My only complaint is that I was asked to initial, sign, and return a document with my "legal, handwritten signature," prior to my arrival, which turned out to be a bit inconvenient since I don't own a working printer. Also, the environmental controls were pre-programmed a little strangely and we found ourselves overriding them; we would have liked to control those a little more manually instead of having, for example, the heat come on and raise the temps to 72F at around 4am. That said, these weren't enormous inconveniences and we certainly enjoyed our stay (and would recommend/stay again)!

Very comfortable unit. Super easy check-in process. Great location one block from Main Street. Awesome shared back patio with picnic table, fire pit, hot tub, and grill - easy to use. Wifi was pretty bad, kept going out in the middle of the day as we were trying to get work done. Managed through it , but this was frustrating at the time. Overall a great stay

We really enjoyed the stay at Moab Flats! The housing is beautiful and functional. The full kitchen is a treat. The washer and dryer are nice to have access to. The sleeping is very comfortable. The outdoor locking bike garage is terrific, along with a bike stand and area. We really love Moab Flats ❤️

This is our second time staying at Moab Flats. The flat is clean, nicely decorated, and has all the amenities you would need for your stay. We feel like we are at home when we are here. We love that it is pet friendly and in walking distance to the dog park, paved bike/walking path, and town. We will definitely be back to stay. The only downside was that during this stay, in June (which is really hot in Moab) the AC was not cooling the apartment off as much as we would have liked. .

Great place, location perfect to walk to main downtown area, bike shop, cute little bike trail to a lovely park. Place is very comfortable and they did a really creative job with furnishings. Couch big enough to use as a bed so our 11 yr old girl had sleeping alcove, our 14 yr old boy had couch, and the hubs and I in the bedroom with the king! Truly, the only problem is that the A/C does not work well at all-indeed we now think it was breaking during our stay but it could be an inefficient unit-and the unit is incredibly loud. So that was a drag for a trip at the end of July. But we had a great time, enjoyed the great back yard too, as it was a great place to relax and hang out. We would check on the A/C issue before returning, but if that was repaired we would definitely return.

We loved this condo - it was exactly as I pictured. Very clean and had everything we needed. A small space (as advertised), but perfect if you're passing through and need a comfortable place to crash. The location is great - we walked to dinner. I would stay here again. Back patio area is adorable for sipping coffee in the morning or soaking in the hot tub in the evening.

I was blown away the second I walked in and thrilled that I found such a nice place so close to Main Street. I thought it was even nicer than the photos can let on. Extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, zero issues. I was so in love with the flat and the area that I decided to stay an extra night!
