Dirty 🤢

It was not far from the center by train.

It was dirty. Simply put, it was gross. There was no reception to ask about parking or the cleaning. The bed, mattress and doona was stained and covered in hair. When I sent a message mentioning this I was asked if I'd called to get it fixed. I don't think this is my job. Inspect the room and the furniture. They did express concern though. Check the cleaning. I was afraid to take my shoes off and slept on top of the clean linen. Not cool

- Location was okay'ish

- Parking area could be indicated better - Noise (Both from the outside and the inside of the facilities) - Dirty bed sheets - Dirty toilets - Curtains didn't cover the whole window

It was ok for a short stay. Nothing fancy.

Floors haven't been cleaned well. I could smell unpleasant smell of humidity in bathrooms.

The place hostel is very convinent for me to go to the conference place.

The shared bathroom is dirty and dark. Many broken equipment need be repaired.

Terrible

Everything was awful!

The room was not as pictured on the pohotos, everything was very old and diry. The beds had stains on them and there was hair everywhere. Absolutely despicable stay. The blinds were broken, we could not sleep from the light. We tried calling them because there was no one at the reception but they ignored our messages and calls. Really a bad experience.

No one sent me a code or a room number. When I arrived at midnight, no one was there. They didn´t answer the phone. No money, no room.

Bathrooms and toilets werent entirely clean, felt a bit like overpriced for a place like that.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

Sheets were used for at least a month, body hair was all over the beds, puke residue was all over the cabinets. Pillows and beds were stink. Room was disgusting. Toilets were not clean, stink and disgusting at all. Doors were not locked and was fully open. Free access to public. (keycode is access for travelers). Area is not safe, homeless people walk around the car park whole night. No front desk at all you need to call someone if you need anyhelp. Checked in at 3AM left at 7AM. Avoid this property and better stay at the railwaystation. Its safer and cleaner for sure.

If it was cheaper then it would be ok, but you can't charge "Finish" price for this

- Location close to Aalto university

- no staff on weekends, - weird smell - payment needs to be done outside booking via their own website 😓 - they ask you to submit your id/passport/car license documentation to "verify you" and only then send you the codes for self check in, I do not trust them and I do not see the point of providing my personal information. I did not like this "verification and payment outside booking.com" experience - some toilets on third floor, mens bathroom were not functional (either lock does not work, either lights do not work etc) - I do not recommend traveling without slippers because texture of floor (and color) in the bathrooms and showers is unpleasant
