On the second floor, there is a large bathroom and three bedrooms, one of them opening out onto another terrace with views of the mountains at the back of the property. The third floor is an amazing solarium with sun beds and excellent views. There's a large free parking place at the corner.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
