Beautiful town house located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in a quiet street in the center of town, very close to Calvario, with a modern and original decoration.
It has a large garage, which is essential in the old town of Pollensa. The stairs lead to the first floor, where we find a nice dining room with a small terrace, and a modern kitchen.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.
On the third floor we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom en suite and a terrace with fabulous views of the Calvary and the mountains.
Perfect house to enjoy the cycling season as it has a space to store and tune them up. It is a perfect place for your holidays, especially if you want cycling tours and pedaling in Mallorca.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, the British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.
The town's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small Baroque chapel from the 18th century. Each step symbolises a day of the year.
Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.
At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Had a great stay here! Great location. Squeaky clean and well kitted out property. Great value for a group. The view from the top bedroom balcony is particularly wonderful! Pep was super responsive if I needed anything.

We had a superb stay at the apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was super friendly. We could access the apartment even earlier than we thought. - one advise: take the smallest car you can find at the rental station, the streets of Pollenća are super narrow.

What a lovely place - spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the centre, easy access to the beach, formentor and the mountains. And with a cycle station, this makes a great base for serious cycling. If I had to pick out any negatives, access by car can be challenging, especially if there are parked cars n the narrow streets, and the church bells ring throughout the night, but these are obviously no fault of the property, just a part of being in Pollenca.

Lovely spacious house, in quiet neighbourhood, within moments walk of the town centre. The bike facilities and garage were a real bonus as we'd come specifically to try out the famous classic roads and climbs of the northern Serre de Tramuntana.

Location fine - exactly where it said it was on the map! Quiet street. Views from the top balcony. Easy walk to local restaurants. Garage is huge. With some care, fairly easy to get our rented Nissan Micra in and out.

The apartment is located in the center of Polença, everything was nice and easy to reach by foot. The apartment is very pretty and it fulfilled all our wishes for our stay. The communication was very easy and quick. Would definitely come again

Nice place - large garage. The washing machine AND clothes dryer (!) were great (does not seems to be too common here). the primary bathroom only has a large tub ( no shower), so we used the shower on the middle level. the balcony off the primary bedroom is nice. The kitchen had basic supplies. Only criticism was that the floors were not clean - our socks got very dirty just from walking, especially in kitchen

Lovely townhouse in the center of Pollença. Lots of good food close by and Pep was a fantastic host - great communication and friendly. We had a big car which made driving into Pollença a little tricky as the streets are tight. There is also a free car park close by

Really nice, comfortable house. Plenty of space for us all and within 2 minutes walk of the main square. Very useful garage for our car. Would highly recommend!

This was a very easy and enjoyable stay. Pollenca is very accessible by bus from the airport and local buses to Port de Pollenca seemed pretty frequent as well (obviously taxis available too!). We came for the absolutely brilliant cycling and access to the downstairs garage made life very easy. The villa was very tidy and all the appliances were of a high standard. The bottle of wine on our arrival was a nice touch and was certainly not the only (fantastic) wine we enjoyed during our stay! Would highly recommend.

We had hired a Quashqai and it was a challenge driving around the narrow streets and navigating the garage. Host support and communication was excellent. The property is on 4 floors so we got even fitter. The main bedroom on the top floor is glorious.

This was our third time staying at Calvari. The location to the main Plaza and shops is great. We like how quiet the neighborhood is. The garage with bike tools plus a washer and electric dryer are huge bonuses to us. Living space is super bright with lots of natural light and great views. We also appreciate the good beds. The welcome gift was very nice! Great communication with company.

A nice townhouse in a pristine condition. Provides everything you need and more. The streets are narrow but it’s definitely drivable in a average sized car. Pep was a proactive and helpful host!

We had a wonderful time and would recommend the house to friends and family! I would not recommend to families with small children (under 3 yrs) because of the open stairs. But otherwise perfectly set up for familiesa small group of friends.

The house was lovely, clean, spacious and very central in Pollença, but also on a nice quiet street. The hosts were great and very responsive to queries we had about check in, and about the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to someone

This is a great apartment to stay in right next to the heart of the lovely town of Pollenca. The nice thing about it is that centre of town is extremely lively with restaurants bars etc but the flat is just five minutes walk away and none of the noise/bustle carries over - no issues with being kept awake at night. 15 minutes drive to the coast, 40 minutes to Palma, a great location for exploring the island. There is a lovely terrace overlooking the town adjoining the top floor ensuite bedroom. A great place for a quiet read/aperitif before heading into town in the evening. The garage was especially useful - do get a small car if renting - the streets are very narrow - we had a Fiat 500 which was perfect. Thanks Pep for all the welcome and all the local tips and recommendations .

Hemos quedado súper satisfechos con este apartamento. Es increíble el precio que tiene para el apartamento que es, lo recomiendo al 100%. Al entrar a la casa el dueño nos dejó unas coca-colas, unas cápsulas de café, en la cocina ya había especias, sal y aceite. También nos dejó toallas tanto como para el baño como para la playa, lo que agradecemos mucho porque las toallas de playa ocupan mucho la mochila. También tendréis champú y secador, en cambio gel para el cuerpo no. La casa es ta cual como se ve en las fotos. Tan solo recomiendo que uséis un coche pequeño para moveros por las calles ya que son estrechas, aunque el garaje es muy grande y puedes meter un coche grande sin ningún problema. Es una casa adecuada tanto como para invierno y verano, ya que tiene estufa y aire. Sin duda alguna, si volvería a Mallorca repetiría en la misma estancia.

Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet und hatte eine perfekte Lage zur Stadtmitte. Die Anfahrt in den kleinen Gassen ist anfangs nicht leicht jedoch stellt dies mit einem Kleinwagen kein Problem dar. Wir würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pep's apartment. Not only the breathtaking view and the fully equipped apartment are awesome, but also the hospitality with which Pep approached us was amazing. Everything was nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen. Great, quiet location. The communication was perfect and upon arrival everything was explained to us and tips for finding a supermarket and restaurant were given. If you want to spend a few relaxing days at Pollenca, this is the place to be. It is only a few minutes' walk to the city centre of Pollenca. Definitely recommended!

Just returned from a fantastic stay at Pep’s house, cannot rate himthe house highly enough, he was very helpful and courteous and responded to any messages very quickly, he met us at the house and showed us around and gave instructions on how to use the various appliances, he was very kind in leaving us a bottle of wine and water for our arrival, the house is lovely, immaculately clean and in a perfect location within minutes walk to bars restaurants in the centre of town and the calvario steps, I would most definitely recommend Pep to help with somewhere to stay, thank you again Pep😎
