We would like to come again in the future, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent and made exactly to our specifications. The very friendly staff knew about our allergy and made breakfast accordingly and with a smile. Parking just by the hotel, very convenient. Very good restaurant/pub at the Hotel. Close to Mondello Park and restaurants in town.

The beds in our room are too firm for our taste.

L'accueil et le personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner, le parking gratuit.

L'hôtel semble délabré de l'extérieur. Il y avait des machines à sous datant du siècle dernier....Pour le prix, j'ai eu droit à des serviettes avec des cheveux et des tâches dessus et un savon pour les mains de marque Aldi. C'était mal insonorisé. Il y avait un bruit comme s'il y avait une boîte de nuit tous les soirs. Ah oui, la TV était placée derrière mon lit...

Amazing stay, well rested and very well fed. Breakfast was delicious and we definitely will be back again

The hotel was nice and cosy, staff were extremely friendly and helpful they even kept the kitchen open longer for us to have dinner. The room was warm and clean. We will definitely come back

Reasonable value for money and girl serving breakfast was lovely

The receptionist des. When we came back after night des insisted we hadn’t paid. But we paid with his colleague on arrival.. his attitude was very poor almost aggressive. He said he was the owner of hotel which he was not. Very strange attitude and telling lies to boot. Won’t be going back due to him

Would definitely stay again - it was the ideal location for a weekend event in Newsbridge.

Room was so cosy and tastefully decorated - a real pleasure to walk into! Bed was very comfortable - had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very tasty - a good selection available. Staff were very friendly and welcoming!

The staff were ever so friendly and helpful. Spacious car park. And the food was very good. Home made fresh soup

Toilet roll dispenser not very functional. Electrical sockets under bedside lockers awkward to access for phone charger etc.

A lovely little hotel, great food, friendly staff, clean modern rooms - we'll be back!

We were delighted with our recent stay at the Town House Hotel, as it's a 2 star hotel we were expecting it to be basic, and the outside looks a bit jaded, but don't let that fool you. The staff especially Helen were lovely and friendly and helpful, the bar is really comfy, had a comprehensive menu with huge portions and the food was delicious! And it was busy serving food to locals which is always a good sign. The breakfast was also great, freshly cooked and a varied menu. Our room was more than adequate and was very very clean, couldn't fault it at all and the beds were really comfy. Its about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town. We would deffo recommend this hotel, and hope to be back!!

All I can think is that the outside could do with a lick of paint!!

Excellent location and friendly atmosphere

This hotel was clean and the location was excellent for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful when we needed anything The food was lovely and there was loads of it!! Really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again if we came back to this part of Ireland The breakfast was brilliant

There is not much to dislike about this hotel A minor issue would be that the bin in the room didn’t appear to emptied regularly but that really is a minor issue

Looks a little old fashioned from the outside parking great Staff were so helpful Breakfast very good as no time limit also which suited us as my grandson had to work out first thing and then eat so brill

I think the bar area could do with spruce up but staff made up for it looking tired

Light squares of tissue instead of toilet paper. What is this? Totally overpriced, I stayed near Frankfurt the night before for 70 I got a beautiful apartment.

Definitely will be back to stay!

The receptionist greeting us on check in was amazing, kitchen was closing within 5mins of our arrival late last night and she rushed to the chef to order us a meal after a very long shift, even before she checked us in. It was very much appreciated. We had breakfast included in the deal but this morning we checked out early around 7am for work but the work was pushed back to 12.30pm so we had to sit around and wait and we rang the hotel around 9ish asking could we go back to the room but unfortunately it was being cleaned so the receptionist this morning offered us to come back and sit in the hotel and even mentioned we had breakfast included so they would make us breakfast and we did and it was amazing. 10/10 place, wasn't expecting much for a small place (no offence) but it was greatly appreciated the efforts the staff went to. Will definitely be back when in Naas.

food wasn’t good, old and outdated, room was very small for the price, single beds, you can hear people in rooms next to you, it’s not card access to room it’s an actual key, stairs need cleaned, breakfast isn’t to 8am

Breakfast and the staff dealing with us were great.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we didn't sleep. The shower was a pain as we were unable to settle the water temperature to a comfortable level. It was either very hot or very cold.

Comfortable bed for a single night stay, very overpriced for what was offered

The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly

The rooms were really outdated, the TV had such a bad reception it was unusable and the ensuite bathroom was so crammed that with the toilet between the wall and shower cubicle, I had to turn at an angle to allow my shoulders to fit while using it.
