الفندق لقضاء ليلة واحدة فقط

موقع الفندق ممتاز على اطلاله النهر والماء الجاري .. الفندق لقضاء ليلة فقط بين أجواء الطبيعة الماء جداً جداً ضعيف وصعب الاستحمام به وهذه مشكلة جداً مهمة وهي ضعف الماء .. المكان نظيف الغرفة والحمام لابأس بهم بالنظافة .. الفطور ممتاز وموظف الاستقبال خلوق ومحترم ..

A very splendid view and the staff is extremely cooperative, especially Mr. Abdullah.

Wifi isn't stable and the signal is very week for mobile

Lovely location but overpriced stay

The location is excellent, right next to the river. The hotel itself is lovely and has got a nice atmosphere. We stayed in a bungalow and it was good for one night but wouldn't recommend for longer stay, it is very tiny and not so spacious.

The bungalow is very overpriced for Turkey. We paid 300 USD for one night what included breakfast. 300 USD is lots of money in Turkey for accommodation what it is average monthly income for a turkish family. We didnt feel like we got value for our money. Stayed one night but wouldn't stay more than that. Also at breakfast they served everything and overall everything came out good but requested omelette with cheese in addition. They mentioned it might be additional money which was strange when you pay 300 USD for the stay. Ended up with 40 TL additional charge which is around 2-2.5 USD but the point is that for the hotel it would cost very minimal to accommodate little extra requests as good hospitality and it would have been a positive and nice gesture. By this way a negative experience and bad mouth taste so next time wouldn't go back just because of this reason. They could upgrade the bungalow's also for being more spacious and they need to check their pricing as 300 USD per night for a bungalow vs. you can stay in Trabzon in a 5 star hotel for 200-250 USD and get high quality service.

Awesome Stay!

The location and the ambience was great, the staffs were so helpful and friendly, always ready to help with a smiling face. we would definitely recommend to our friends and family and will visit again.

Fairly priced

Amazing small hotel, comfy bed, clean bathroom, hot water, nice and friendly staff, some they dont speak english but they will do their best to understand you, amazing river view(2nd floor rooms has the best view) Great place to spend the night in if you are in the area, i recommend this place

3 things i didnt like - noise from next and the above rooms, you will hear their moves, its wooden building and the isolation not the best i would say, our room was in the 3rd floor so no one was above us, which is good but my family room was in the 2nd floor and it seems like the people above them at the 3rd floor had kids were playing around late and casuing noises. - free Breakfast included 5 jams, and 2 of them the jam had hair in them, it seems like they dont clean the jam plate away after each day but they keep re-adding jam to the plates for the next day. - slow wifi and signal doesnt reach all rooms, but many people will be there and wants to disconnect from internet anyway but i wanted to make urgent wifi call so i had to go outside my room. With all that said i would still recommend this place.

Superb

The location is stunning. I loved it The staff were welcoming and helpful. The variable breakfast was serviced to us on the table which was great idea took the hassle of carrying your own plates wondering around the Buffet.

The property has no elevator My accommodation was in the first floor which was ok for me The bathroom needs to be maintained, the handshower fixers was not fixed properly which I had to hold it while taking a shower.

Amazing Experience

Amazing location , staff is fabulous .Ozer and Cihan make you feel home, they are very welcoming , friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a traditional Turkish one and was really good .

No room service and the cleaning is every 2 days and not cleaned properly afterwards. The dinner menu is very limited and the quality is not up to standard.

smell of the rooms, the team didn’t help us in moving our luggage, we went to a trip with the hotel, they didn’t tell us that the place is cold & we need to bring clothes with us
