部屋のゴミ箱からもゴミは溢れている、フ床にもホコリやゴミが着いていてぱっとみてもわかる汚さ。
脱衣所も髪の毛たくさん落ちてて汚い。
掃除あんめりされてないんだなってわかる。

Location overall convenient
No air inside capsules or lights on the one I had. I power and no power outlets to charge devices and too many stairs . Oh yea not use to shower naked around others was uncomfortable

It was my first time travelling alone, and this place made me feel comfortable. The facilities they provided are excellent; the onsen was the most enjoyable.
Probably the noise coming from another person's phone.

One of the staff was extremely rude. We had trouble finding the drop off box for check out. When we try to knock on the window to find somebody, the hotel staff pretends she wasn’t in the room when she clear was. It is such a shame that such nice place hire a staff that treats its customers like this.

It was quiet and secure. There were lockable storage lockers for luggage. The bathroom facilities, though shared, were attractive, with discreet showers available. Both the bathroom and dressing room were beautifully presented. The capsule beds were much as expected, but not as claustrophobic as anticipated!
With luggage, narrow steps on an external staircase to access the upper floors were difficult. Only a small lounge room on one floor meant there was nowhere to relax near your bed and belongings. A charging port for mobile phones within the capsule would have been helpful.

I loved the female-only environment, the capsules were very comfortable, the amenities were of great quality, and the baths were phenomenal.

It was an easy location to find. The bath products being provided helps to only need to pack minimal.
I didn’t like the bed. It was very uncomfortable for a westerner.
The showers are open showers, I didn’t mind being naked with other women but I think other westerners would feel awkward.

I wish it tells you that the receptionist is just next to the gate, i thought it was a different property as theres no sign except the name of the place on the gate, then ur trying to open the gate and no one answers
A sign where the reception was

Super nice and clean with great facilities and security systems!
Bit of a climb with a suitcase, but luckily I had a small and light one.

You get what you pay for comfort-wise, as the mattress is thin, but I was happy to have stayed at this beautiful, quaint capsule hotel. We were given complimentary robes and toiletries, as well as access to an onsen and meditation room. Fellow guests were very quiet and respectful. Storage is tight, but plenty of women had their luggage laid out—so you do have to trust your fellow travelers, but I can’t think of a better place to do that than in Japan. I highly recommend staying here for a cheap, memory-filled stay.
the mattress could be thicker and an additional pillow would have been nice

It was a very peaceful place. I felt very safe in the environment. The facilities were excellent and the bath was so relaxing. First time in a capsule hotel was an interesting experience. I would definitely do it again!
The stairway was very narrow so I struggled to get my luggage up. Also I could smell pee on the stairs, but it cleared up in the morning.

it’s very clean, very quiet, it’s an a great location of Tokyo, I’ll definitely recommend this place, I love the little amanities that they give you and the bathroom looks amazing 🤩
the comunication was very difficult, because the staff doesn’t speak English. staff and reception are non existent. I didn’t see any staff during my stay.
I had to self check in, wich was okay I just needed some google translate.

A great capsule hotel experience. The sentou (Japanese-style public bathoroom) is available until 10am in the morning and everything was prepared (towels, tooth brush, hair brush, everything you might need), so you don't need to bring anything except for a change of clothes and make-up tools.
The location is slightly far from Shibuya station, and there is a slope you need to climb if you are departing from JR Shibuya. Alternatively, you can choose to take an Inokashira line train to Shinsen station from Shibuya station, which may be more convenient.

clean
i did not like this place, and do not recomend it for non-japaneae travelers.
i arrived at noon and there was no one at reception. They give you a phone number to get instructions, but I was using a data Sim Card so I couldnt do it. i sent them a booking message, with no answer.
Turns out reception is open only from 17:00hrs, which is an issue when you arrive at eleven.
The "public bathroom" is an onsen in the second floor open from 17:00 to 10:00. Rooms are not in that floor, you have to get there through some cold stairs. Thats the only shower.
You cannot eat or drink in your room, you habe to go to the lounge on the second floor.
i personally didnt like it.

Felt clean and new. They messaged me instructions to self-check in since my flight delayed and I got in after 10pm. The onsen bath was really nice and even better than I expected. Also liked the lounge room when I could sit and eat a snack. Capsule had internal light switches and outlets.
Beds are a little hard and there’s no in-person staff after a certain time so you should let them know asap if you’re gonna show up later in the evening otherwise it might be difficult to check-in

The location is very central, close to the station and there were many restaurants around.
The actual pod was very spacious and clean. I used the earplugs as there were people re-arranging their luggage at midnight.
For a one night stay is fine.
There was no elevator and my room was on the 4th floor so had to carry all my luggage upstairs.
Check in time is a bit later than other places (3pm). The check in time is also limited to 5-10pm. I did email them in advance letting them know I would require luggage storage as I was arriving early. They said there was no problem but when I arrived there was no one at reception and door bell. They put a note to call the staff but as foreigner, I did not have access t make phone calls. I was lucky enough that the door was left open and was able to go upstairs otherwise I would have been there waiting for a long time.
The lounge area (where people ate and worked) was also pretty small so not able to fit more than 3 people comfortably.
Compared to other capsule hotels, this one does not provide as many amenities (coffee, food, etc) and the price is also higher.

too cold at night

Great location. Close to everything. Lot's of food and nice atmosphere around the hotel area. I was cold the first night and did get an extra blanket the next day, which helped a lot.
No private showers. Showers are 'onsen' style. It's great to be able to have a hot bath, but that's also where you shower with others, no door on showers. You can only use Onsen/shower between 17-22, which is a problem if you arrive from the Airport late for example. There's a room to hang out, Japanese style, sitting on the floor and low tables, and no windows. It's small and well used.

I stayed at this place for 7 nights and I really enjoyed it! I will say right off the bat that if you have a lot of stuff or a large suitcase to be wary that there is no elevator and the capsule rooms start from the 3rd floor. The facilities/rooms were always clean, the staff is very meticulous and kind. I LOVED the onsen, and they even lend you a yukata for your stay along with basic amenities! The hotel is a 14 minute walk to Shibuya Station, a 4 minute walk to Shinsen Station and a few minutes walk to some bus stops, making it very convenient for travelling the major areas. The area is not in central Shibuya, so you're away from all the noise and people, but still have access to smaller restaurants and bars. There are a few convenience stores as well. The capsule itself is really comfortable and spacious, and includes a mirror inside as well. Honestly, it was a great place to unwind after a long day of travelling. I would absolutely love to stay at this hotel again for it's comfort and calming atmosphere!!
The hotel was fantastic but there are two things I want to bring up to advise future travelers on.
I stayed during the winter time, so I really appreciated that every part of the hotel (minus the stairs) was heated well. However, I think because of that, by using air heating, the air was really dry. I found my skin becoming extremely dry and I felt really dehydrated. Not sure if there's anything the hotel can do because I would rather be warm than freezing (and sitting in the onsen before bed really helps!!), but this is something to keep in mind. Bring some facial masks if you plan to stay here long term!!
Another thing to note is that the room I was in was not in the website images, and was smaller than the longer-room photo you see. I didn't mind it at first because I was able to keep my large luggage in an area while it was closed at the start of my stay. But near the end, the hotel decided to install another set of larger lockers in the room in that space and I had to move it in the middle of the room next to someone else's capsule, which made me feel a little bad. Also opening my luggage, pretty much essentially took up the entire floor space. It's not the hotel's fault, but you find yourself in my situation, I think you should ask if you could be moved to a room with more space for larger luggage.
