Excellent

Everything! The bed is amazingly comfortable, the location is perfect, the room and bathroom have everything you need, the host is super nice, and they clean the room daily!

If I need to think of something, it's the bathroom size and shower's water pressure.

Downtown hotel is a very good value in a convenient location!

I’m all about location and it was perfect. In the middle of everything. Vanda, your host, is very helpful and made our stay that much more enjoyable.

Please be aware that you will have 30 stairs to navigate with your luggage. Also it is on a pedestrian only street but you can arrive within a few steps.

Definitely will return!

The Inn is in an excellent location and as clean as a whistle. Close to lots of good restaurants and sights. Vanda, the host, is just the best! We feel like we made a good friend. Her staff is excellent as well.

We have no complaints at all. It was a fabulous visit.

Lovely property in a desirable location!

Great location, clean, beautiful tiles throughout!

Had to switch rooms during stay because of booking conflict, but easily resolved.

Great stay in Lisbon centre

location is awesome, despite the center location it is not noisy, the host is super friendly and helpful. everything in a walking distance, very comfortable and cosy. lots of restaurants around the property and the best breakfast in Lisbon is just in the next building

there is not much not to like, the room was a bit narrow, but that was expected. if you have a car, the parking will be troublesome as in the whole Lisbon downtown

the host was so nice and gave many good recommendations. The facility was clean and they came in every day to clean and replenish items like water or coffee. It was perfect for what we needed.

It was rather small, not much room for anything but sleeping. however, as we were out most of the day, it was perfect for what we needed!

Superb

Excellent location, clean, tee, sweets and bottle of water every day. I got good advices about restaurants and places to see around. Cafe Nicolau nearby was perfect for the breakfast.

A bit tiny, especially bathroom, on the other hand it is a very center of Lisbon.

Very good

The location of the property was really great. The room was small, but very clean. The staff was very kind and friendly and helpful.

there was no working elevator, so we had to log our luggage up mini stairs to get to the room.

I wish I could stay longer

Everything. Vanda the property owner makes you feel like a personal guest in her Inn. Every eventuality is thoughtfully managed to in your room and the quality of the furnishings, and location are superior to any hotel. The Inn is beautifully decorated and comfortable for a short or extended stay. Communication has been available, consistent, responsive

Can not think of anything that didn’t exceed my (high) expectations. I am completely delighted at my visit here

Excellent location, close to shops, bars & the central square. Very nice owner & staff. spotlessly clean, towels changed every day. Our departure flight was cancelled and the owner was able to extend our stay. Thank you Vanda!

Nothing. You just need a bed, a shower. Tea/coffee provided every day.

Perfect! Loved it :)

The place is located in the heart if the city and you are just few minutes by foot from many sightseeings. The apartment has everything you would need and it’s sparkling clean. A little small, but if you’re not traveling for long time and with huge luggage is the perfect spot. The host was extremely helpful and nice and send us the best places and restaurants to visit in town. We loved it and would definitely stay again in future when in Lisbon.

May be the only thing that was that we’ve been hearing the people behind the bed wall a lot one of the nights and the walls are too thin, but the rest of our stay everything was amazing.

it was a warm and comfortable room, good shower pressure and warm water temperature; I also liked a lot the design and small cost elements both in the room and bathroom. coffee/tea/water were also in the room

Beautiful small hotel in center of Lisbon

Hotel is on a perfect location, very clean and cozy. The room had all necessary facilities, coffee and water were free and provided daily.

Room was nicely furnished and decorated but bit small.

We had such a lovely and comfortable stay here! Everything here was exceptional!

The property is centrally located, very clean, well-maintained, equipped with nice amenities and furnishing, has drinkable water in the room, has strong wifi, includes quiet AC, super comfortable, has a good price-value ratio, and a special bonus was the double paned windows AND doors! This is the first place I’ve stayed at that has these doors. So I did not hear ANY street noise nor any noise inside from other guests. I I slept like a baby! This was my 2nd time here and I would definitely stay here again. Lastly, the host Vanda is so lovely, charming and accommodating. She was also so kind to give me many tips for places too see and eat. Many thanks again Vanda! xx

Cosy stay for a couple, extremely clean and great connections

Cosy space in a great area full of connections or easy walks. - The infamous 28 tram that runs through lisbon stops just outside and its an easy 5 minute journey to afalma - Lots of food and drink places nearby but we preferred to venture out a tiny bit more for some specific places - Easy walk to Time Out market near the station that takes you directly to the beautiful carcavelos beach within 45 mins

As it is on a main street you have to hunt down the good soul food of Portugal in the area, but the host told us what to avoid and what to look out for when getting a bite to eat

We could not have been happier or better placed at Lisbon Downtown Inn

Tasteful design of room, thoughtful and functional

We missed the street number on arrival and the sign on one side (only seen on backtracking) but understand there are stringent planning constraints in such beautiful historic buildings - not obvious from the outside but wait til you step into the traditional old entrance! (Worth knowing: once inside the entrance hall there are 31 steps up to the inner door)
