O hotel precisa urgentemente melhorar a gestao.

A iluminação do quarto é fraca e o controle do ar condicionado é universal, desconfigura a todo momento e atrapalha o uso.

Tanto no check-in quanto no check-out havia poucos ou nenhum funcionário no momento.

Nada, quarto apertado e com as paredes descascadas

On 15.02-17.02 I stayed in a hotel with my friend. We enjoyed our stay until the last day. In the morning we went to the beach and when we returned to the room we had a problem with opening the safe, even though we used the same code throughout the stay. It turned out that the safe was blocked. We called the hotel staff to help us open the safe, as evidenced by the report I signed.
After checking out of the room, we realized that we were missing an envelope with three tickets to Sambadrom for February 17, the day we checked out. We asked at the reception for re-access to the room. When we entered the room it had not been cleaned and the envelope was still missing. In the evening we returned for our luggage, which we left at the reception. In the hotel lobby, we decided to search our luggage again. The blocked safe and the missing envelope with the tickets convinced us that we had been robbed. We reported it at the reception. The lady with dark, short, curly hair, who worked at the reception that day, accepted our request and she said she was in touch to the supervisor of the cleaners, despite our assurances that our room was not cleaned throughout our stay, because we did not want it. For two hours we spent in the hall, this lady did not want to talk to us, and when we asked her at what stage the matter was resolved, she ignored us and left the reception. In the meantime, a second receptionist, Gabriella, joined her. When we asked if she could help us, she replied that a friend was dealing with the case. We wanted a signed statement with the hotel's stamp, in which the receptionist would confirm that we had reported the theft. The first receptionist said she could do that. While we waited for this statement, she went home without a word, and Gabriella decided that she would not sign such a thing - without explaining why.
During these 5 hours of waiting in the hall, seeing the behavior of the staff, the Portuguese-speaking hotel guests wanted to help us.

It is a beautiful hotel, well located, with great facilities and very quiet. The breakfast is very complete with fruits, breads, cheeses and cakes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is small but perfect for a couple or if you are traveling alone.
