Leave your cars in the three provided parking spaces (one garage space and two driveway spaces), hop on board your boat to cruise into Tampa Bay, and enjoy incredible nightly sunsets on the sugar sand of Bean Point Beach a quarter-mile west. Paradise Pointe is also only half a mile northwest of Anna Maria City Pier, where you can catch the free island trolley and peruse the shops and restaurants on Pine Avenue.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property located on the canal and two blocks to the Bay. Home was comfortable and welcoming. Management company communicated often prior to stay and when we arrived. Notice the Edison lights were not working, reached out to company and were fixed within a few hours. Sparkling clean pool. Overall beautiful property making our getaway that much better.

This home was perfect for our adult family of 5. The lagoon like atmosphere featured a great pool and spa and access to the canal for fishing. Location was perfect. Beach and downtown access within a short walking distance. House was spotless and came with perfect starter kit. Highly recommend this property.

It has become our family's tradition to spend Thanksgiving weekend at Anna Maria Island. Every year it seems we have difficulty finding the perfect place for my wife and me, and our daughter's family with two small children. This year we struck gold. The house was perfectly clean. It was just a few blocks from the beach and all the amenities of Pine Avenue. A real bonus was the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Since the weather this year wasn't perfect, we were able to salvage some of our time by utilizing the heated pool and hot tub. The kids loved it! We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and hope that we can.

From the moment we walked through the front door, we were in Ahhh it was beautiful, the house the pool the dock all the furnishings, beach cart, umbrella chairs fishing poles! It had everything we needed, the grill out back needs to replaced BIG TIME, it was kinda nasty! Caught lots of fish off the dock and seen 3 manatees by our dock! First time at Anna maria island and we booked the house for next year after only being in the house for 3 days! The neighborhood is quiet and close to Bean Point and Rod and Reel, watched sunrise every morning! Cant wait to come back next October! Such an amazing time with my family! Pizza Social on Pine was amazing and The Feast for crablegs was soo good!

Communication with the management company was prompt, but the resolution to a simple issue took 3 days. Unacceptable in my opinion. Basic supplies that make a VRBO top tier were lacking. The property is beautiful and location is excellent for a quiet, peaceful island getaway.

Paradise Pointe was great and we would stay here again. The home is nicely appointed and is in a quiet, but convenient, location. We really liked the pool area and found the hot tub/spa very useful. There were manatees hanging out off the back dock frequently, which we really enjoyed. The inside of the home is functional and nicely done. They have a wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. We had some small issues (master closet lights didn't work, some of the pool alarm bypass buttons didn't work, Keurig didn't work), but the management company responded quickly. Also, the 10-key code for the front door was a little annoying. These were small issues and won't deter us from staying here again.

My husband and I stayed with my family for our wedding. The property was as listed. It was super clean, close to both piers and restaurants on the north end of the island. We saw manatees off the dock! The only thing is that the keurig was broken but other than that, it was a great stay!

Sunrises and sunsets on Bean Point. Coffee by the pool and on the deck. Manatees in the channel that swim close to the dock create fun conversations and stories. Amenities are great at the house. Appreciated the beach chairs and beach tent. Love the location and the quietness of the neighborhood. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Great property. Some wear and tear as expected for a rental. No general cleaning supplies, that would be nice. We like to leave it cleaner than we found it. No can opener, oddly enough. No first aid kit we could find. Vacasa was responsive via text but never attempted to solve our issues (wrong key codes and trouble with pool alarms (poorly mounted and would fall off),

Out recent trip to Paradise Pointe was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in awhile. Our trip was for our son in college to get a break before finals and for my wife and I to relax with no deadlines to worry about. The property is as advertised within walking distance to the beach. The heated hot tub and pool located in the secluded back patio is the tropical escape we were looking for. Definitely will look to book again if available this March or November. Highly recommended for adults to relax and getaway.

We rented this house for a girls trip (5 ladies all in their 40s). We were very impressed with this house. Really great layout, very well stocked, nice furnishings, the pool/hottub was great! We would put the spa on each morning and it would heat up within about an hour. We absolutely loved our stay and Vacasa was quick to respond with any questions we had! The only thing I would like to note is that the house advertises 2 king beds and 2 twins (unless they changed the description). however, it is actually a king, a queen, and 2 twins.

Great location! Close to pine ave and the bayside beach, pretty easy walk to bean point (under 10 minutes to beach spot). Loved being on the canal. Open floor plan was nice for dinners at home. This property is absolutely the best. We loved the location as we have stayed in Anna Maria before and prefer the quiet end of town. Short walk to the beach and rod and reel pier. This home was awesome. It was clean and well taken care of for a rental. The pool and spa were awesome and beautiful. Loved sitting out on the dock with our coffee in the morning. Everything was in working order and had no issues at all! This place has everything you would need. Great to have beach chairs and towels included. Would definitely book here again!

This home was beautiful from the kitchen to the pool area to the dock! All minor issues were addressed quickly and better than expected by the wonderful Vacasa staff. We made several dinners on the new grill and the kitchen was very well appointed to assist in our tasty meals! On those days it waffled between rain and sun, we spent time relaxing at the private pool and watching manatees from the dock. The library was awesome with a varied amount of authors and topics. Great selection of videos and games as well. Loved this place so much, we’ve already booked it for next year! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us❤️

Perfection from the first step in! The house was charming, cozy, enough space for everyone to spread out, well appointed and super private, luscious backyard with a dock, nice sized pool, spa, and outdoor shower. The reality surpassed the online photos and description. In addition, the location is wonderful. It was an easy walk to Bean Point and the Pine Street shops and restaurants are walkable or just a quick ride away. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. This was our first time to stay on this end of the island and we loved it. We will definitely be back!
