Casa Bonita is bright, inviting, and the perfect place for a wonderful vacation with family and friends in a tropical paradise. This home is located in the heart of Bradenton Beach, only a few short steps away from beachfront access and Bridge Street. You can lounge in the sun and enjoy a swim in your own private heated pool. It is the perfect place for relaxing and entertaining. There is also a covered game area and bar poolside with a flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy. Enjoy morning coffee on the large screened balcony and watch the amazing colors of a Southwest Florida sunrise. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are an open area with vaulted ceilings that lead out to the screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or evening cocktails. Casa Bonita is nicely furnished with a fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances and the dining room has seating for six. A Publix grocery store is only minutes away! Cook a gourmet dinner, or enjoy a walk or short drive to many of the fine restaurants on the island. This property also has free WiFi throughout and a full-size washer & dryer for your convenience.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Everything was super easy. From checking in to checking out. Everyone at Seabreeze was top notch. We can’t wait to go back. Great location!! Walking distance to our favorite places to hang out!!

Everything at Casa Bonita was wonderful! The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The location is perfect with it being walking distance to many popular shops and restaurants and a very easy walk to the beach. The communication weird SeaBreeze was amazing and everyone was very helpful. One of the toilet handles was loose and someone from maintenance came to the house promptly. I would highly recommend and will remember this house for future vacations!

Our group of 7 had a wonderful trip at this home in Anna Maria. Easy walk to pier to fish, easy walk to beach w provided beach cart and chairs, easy walk to restaurants on Bridge Street. We loved that the pool was partially shaded and private. Perfect week. Superb communication! Recommend!!!

Location was great! House was amazing! Only recommendation would be to replace sofa bed. No one can comfortably sleep on that! Had to purchase air mattress. Did not have a working air pump to use air mattresses available in the house. Will be back! Entire family had a fantastic time!!

Excellent location could walk to everything. Loved the porches. Sat on the outdoor porch for all our meals. Loved the pool table and game area. Wonderful addition of beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart.

Excellent in every way for a small family. Only one thing can be noted: sound from street, music, early Morning gardeners and trash was always in background. We didn’t mind. If others want absolute quiet, maybe try another place.

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. Being one block away from Bridge Street restaurants and shops, as well as being close to the beach access, was so beneficial for our group. This rental was big, open, and well appointed. We loved having access to the heated pool, nice grill, and spacious deck areas. The managing company was very responsive and made us feel welcomed.

The property was beautiful, in a perfect location and had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue was the pool. The listing stated it was heated to 85 degrees…but it stayed cold the entire time. There is a regulator to keep the water level at 2 inches. We believe there must have been a leak in the pool causing new (cold) water to constantly flow into the pool-never giving it a chance to warm up. The weather was cooler during our visit, so swimming in an unheated pool was out of the question. We were also interrupted several times by local service workers. Understandable, but notification would have been preferred. Outside of those two issues the house was perfect and we would definitely consider returning to the same location.

My 2 sisters and I took our combined 5 kids to this beautiful home for some downtime after a Disney filled vacation. The space is gorgeous and very welcoming. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the decks and the book shelves. The proximity to the beach, the pier and the shops was perfect! The kids beach/pool toys were an added bonus. I do not have a negative thing to say! I would 100% stay at this property or with a Sea Breeze property again should the opportunity arise.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lovely Casa Bonita which is situated in a great position and only a very short walk to the beautiful Bradenton Beach, shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. On one occasion during our stay we reached out to SeeBreeze who were very responsive and helpful. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 7 and would not hesitate to rebook Casa Bonita if returning to this area.

This lovely home away from home was worth every penny. It was beautiful and clean. So many things in walking distance. Great vibes, great location. There was chairs and beach items already there with a wagon to haul it all to the beach. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication was great. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

Perfect place for family vacation. Lots of space. Very clean and well equipped. Super private heated pool. The free shuttle/trolley is great. We enjoy biking the island but a wonderful location for the grand-kids being able to walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, ice cream, and pier. Never had a need to get into the car.

The entire process was so easy! We literally pulled in and moved in. Just like home! It was clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay. The property management was very responsive and easy to communicate. Loved it! Recommend to anyone looking for a great home to stay. We will be back!

Location of this house is ideal if you want a quick walk to get coffee, drinks, restaurants. The pool was amazing and it provided just the right amount of sun/shade. Used a grocery delivery service for some key items to be stocked in the fridge as we had a late night arrival. Coquina beach a quick drive, but there is a beach entrance at the end of the street. We barely heard any music from the bars at night (sadly). Mini golf a super quick walk which our adult children played daily. So many game options at the house though and plenty to read! Would hook this properly in a heartbeat again. Property manager was awesome as we had a minor issue which was resolved immediately.

This place is AWESOME. The beach is right there. Just load up the provided wagon with all the goodies you need from the garage and trot on over! You do have to cross a somewhat busy street, but there are crosswalks you can use. The beach was not very crowded most of the time. We did notice Friday(our last day) that more people showed up. They have several floatation devices for the pool, my 2 year old was thrilled with the baby float :-) There are several nearby restaurants, and a Publix on the island. We enjoyed Smoqehouse and Island Donuts. There are many more to choose from! The place was clean and smelled amazing upon arrival.

Casa Bonita was beautiful and all the extras were great for our family. The pool area with shuffleboard, air hockey, pool table , darts was a great add on! Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to carry everything was provided. The beach, shops and restaurants were so close! We loved the openness of the layout! We needed maintenance for a minor issue and they were there within the hour! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend Sea Breeze vacations to friends!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, the living room/open kitchen area was a great hangout area. The screened in balconies were great also, no bugs. The pool area was perfect, and the games/beach supplies made the stay super easy. Kids were never bored. Bridge street, pier, beach, all a minute or 2 walk. Would stay here again!

Great location for Beach time, fishing, shopping and night life. There's no need to drive anywhere as long as you have your supplies for the stay, unless you decide to visit other parts of the island. Our family really enjoyed the stay.
