A nice Villa but communication on costs would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Villa d’Isa was very clean and well appointed with lovely gardens and pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We could have asked of course but the cost of evening meal requested on the day of arrival were not explained and were very expensive compared to advertised pricing for meals for the Villa at approx Euros 98.00 for 2 people plus drinks. The other meal booked was Euros31 plus drinks in comparison. So this was a bit of a shock on the bill. Breakfast for an early departure was also arranged and then not delivered. Finally we arranged spa services in advance and were not told until arrival these would need to be paid in cash which necessitated a trip into the medina to withdraw cash and payment for a separate return to the villa which was not a hotel shuttle times.

Idyllisches Top Haus vor den Toren Marrakeschs

Sehr kleines und feines Haus, idealer Gegensatz zur hektischen und lauten Medina. Man kann mit der Poolanlage und dem gastronomischen Angebot auch einen schönen Pooltag einlegen.

Das WLAN ist recht langsam.

Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Tout était parfait, et nous remercions chaleureusement David, le gérant, ainsi que tout le personnel pour leur attention constante et leur gentillesse. Les maisons, les chambres, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques. Tout est propre et décoré avec goût. La literie est extrêmement confortable et les chambres disposent de la climatisation, ainsi que d'un petit réfrigérateur. Le centre de soin sur place, avec hammam et massages, est, également, un atout ! Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et très variés, tout comme les déjeuners et dîners, qui sont un vrai régal autant pour les yeux que pour les papilles ! De plus, le chef cuisinier est une personne adorable, tout comme l'ensemble du personnel. La Villa est facilement accessible en voiture ou en taxi, à seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport, 20 minutes du centre de Marrakech et 40 minutes du désert d'Agafay. En résumé, nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour la Villa Jardin d'Isa et espérons y revenir bientôt !

Manque de compréhension

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel, l'atmosphère paisible et la qualité de la cuisine sont les points forts de cet établissement. Le filet de bœuf et la crème brûlée sont particulièrement recommandés.

Le ménage dans la chambre n'a pas été effectué le premier jour, bien que la femme de ménage y soit passée.

Notre séjour restera gravé à jamais dans notre mémoire

Le voyage était parfait, que ce soit au niveau de l’accueil, la disponibilité du personnel ainsi que les patrons, la rapport qualité prix des repas cuisiné par un chef cuisinier, le cadre de vie beau et calme, les activités organisées par la villa défiant toute concurrence niveau prix et encadrement + une disponibilité des taxis mit a disposition par la villa. A se sujet une mention spécial à Abdou le Magnifique sans qui notre voyage n’aurait pas été le même !

Honnêtement nous cherchons encore mais nous ne risquons pas d’en trouver

Vacances magnifiques

Un cadre au calme , une cuisine excellente , un personnel bienveillant . Situé à 15min en taxi du centre de Marrakech avec taxi Abdou qui vous emmène partout c est Top et sécurisant ! Idéalement situé aussi pour les amoureux du golf ! L établissement propose également des soins du corps que nous avons testé avec grand plaisir ainsi que le jacuzzi. Les villas sont propres , lumineuses et très joliment décorées , prestations de qualité !

Unser Aufenthalt im war einfach fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns von einem unglaublich herzlichen und freundlichen Personal willkommen geheißen. Ihre Hingabe und Ihr Engagement für den Komfort der Gäste waren deutlich spürbar und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war stets köstlich und von höchster Qualität. Der Koch war nicht nur talentiert, sondern auch äußerst aufmerksam auf die individuellen Wünsche der Gäste. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss, und wir waren beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und Frische der angebotenen Speisen. Die persönliche Betreuung durch die Inhaber war ein echtes Highlight. Sie haben sich um jedes Detail gekümmert und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Ihre freundliche und professionelle Art hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht, und wir waren dankbar für ihre aufmerksame Betreuung. Der Flughafentransfer funktionierte reibungslos und war äußerst bequem. Es war beruhigend zu wissen, dass wir uns auf diesen Service verlassen konnten, um stressfrei zu unserem Ziel zu gelangen. Hassine, unser Taxifahrer, verdient ebenfalls ein besonderes Lob. Er war zuverlässig, nett, herzlich und äußerst aufmerksam, was unseren vielen Taxifahrten und Ausflüge noch angenehmer machte. Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war beeindruckend. Jeder Bereich wurde sorgfältig gepflegt, und wir fühlten uns stets wohl und sicher. Sauberkeit ist für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium bei der Auswahl eines Hotels, und hat unsere Erwartungen in dieser Hinsicht übertroffen. Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und die Gastfreundschaft, den Komfort und die Sauberkeit erneut zu erleben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für eine unvergessliche Zeit! Perfect relaxing holiday, highly recommend

lovey helpful staff, had the hammam and massage in the spa and it was lovely and relaxing, the meals were really nice we were half board. the pool was lovely and clean and the gardens were nice and relaxing. we had mountain suite room and the view was great and we loved the terrace. drinks were reasonably priced too. thank you for a lovely stay we have recommended to family and friends! we also went to Beldi country club and got a day pass there as it is very nice local hotel so location was good for that

location for us wasn’t a problem as we didn’t go in to the centre much and there is a free shuttle in the day, but you have to pay for taxis in evening (about £24 return) if you want to go out in city centre at night

Good

Lovely room, architecture and planting around the hotel, all really elegant and tasteful.

Disappointed that the taxi/driver that we had booked via booking.com/the hotel did not turn up at the airport. We waited around in the heat unable to work out what had happened. We finally arranged an expensive cab ourselves. Apparently this was something to do with Ramadan but the hotel did not let us know that the driver had cancelled.

Lovely place

Lovely hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Would definitely recommend staying here for a peaceful break.

The location of the hotel is outside of the city so we spent quite a bit of money every day on taxis - around £30 return. Breakfast was nice but would be good if there was more variety.

Relaxing stay

Fantastic place for a relaxing break. Lovely staff always happy to help. Great, big pool, water a bit cold. Good food at the restaurant. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily. Very nice breakfast with lots of pastries and breads.

Very friendly staff. Great food. Big rooms.

Furniture and doors in the room felt on the cheaper side. Decoration in the rooms felt a bit cold. It’s quite far outside of Marrakesh but they offer daily free shuttles.

This is a perfect location for a serene getaway. totally recommend it

A lovely stay with very nice hosts

The villa was beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were exceptional. They couldn't do enough for us. They even arranged a birthday cake and present for my partner
