Bonnes vacances en famille

Equipe d'animation au top qui met l'ambiance. Animations quotidiennes en journée et soirée, on ne s'est pas ennuyés. Nos enfants ont beaucoup aimé Fatima du mini club, toujours souriante et accueillante. Buffet du restaurant bon et varié. Il faut par contre venir le plus tôt pour avoir le maximum de choix. Equipe d'accueil qui a su être réactive au début de notre séjour (la chambre réservée ne correspondait pas a celle de notre réservation, nous avons changé dès le lendemain) Chambre propre nettoyée quotidiennement,personne de l'entretien disponible et agréable.

Le redressage des tables au restaurant qui n'est pas toujours fait. La piscine pas chauffée Nous avions envoyé un message avant notre séjour pour réserver la navette de l'aéroport, nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse de la part de l'hôtel.

I do not recommend the Hotel

nothing to be liked at all

it was very dirty & smelly, the waiters were not helping at all. I did ask for 1 spoon for 3 waiters, which is never arrived. we booked for 3 people, they left only 2 towels. Ants in the room. The meal times the table were not set up ready, no salt , no cutleries, no tissues, no water cups.

Nothing

No safety , not responsible it was a step broken under water in the pool that should be repaired but no , my son got injured and nobody care even a nurse to look at it there is no one , just a medical office close all the time . I run to the hospital which was 30 km away with all the blood going out I were alone with 3 kids . Finally I did the x trays and my son got 7 stitches, and our vacation were ruined .

The food and the activities offered were very good

There is a lot of work to be done regarding the cleanliness of the room and the service offered: 1- No toilet paper, and when I asked for it, I had to wait for around an hour. 2- Ants are everywhere. 3- Only two towels provided for a family of four. 4- One light bulb was not working (the staff changed it upon my request). 5- No shampoo or soap provided; I had to ask for it.

Mixed experience but can’t fault the staff who were very friendly indeed.

The entertainment staff were great. The water slides were close all included and great fun and the kids loved the food.

We are family of 5 but got put in 2 rooms with no connecting door which was strange. I also got sick and very limited Wi-Fi / no Wi-Fi

In short doesn’t deserve even 3 star rating.

Breakfast is only good Not enough cutlery available for dinner Staff is irresponsible.

Beer served in small coffe cups. Inclusive Beer finished at 9-10 pm which should be served untill midnight, Reason They want you buy a not inclusive beer. Inclusive Spirits are very low level. Spa & Massage is useless, you need to wait for long time for your turn .

I would stay here again as the massages and spa treatments were affordable and amazing

lovely vibe good entertainment, relaxing area and lovely guest on site .

the riads need updating and you have to pay for laundry but it was cheap as I couldn’t borrow an iron .not all drinks where all inclusive

Ok if nothing else is available around.

Good location, bit away from the centre but nice. Sorry to segregate but all female staff were nice and friendly. All males seems not bothered about customer at all

Half of the facilities listed on their website aren’t available. Very dated interior. Shocking repair work in the rooms. Everything seems either broken or missing. Food was terrible. Visited neighbouring hotel for lunch and dinner: day and night.

Friendly staf, nice looking surounding, but that's about everything about positive side.

The family room we booked with 4 beds, was presented as one double bed in one part of the room and two single beds in another part. We have got a room with double bed + single bed and one single bed on another part. There was just one aircondition in family room and this dislicated single bed was imposssible to warm up (february). The room next to ours had connecting door with ours. We heard everything what they were talking about, heard exactly, what chanel they were looking on TV etc. Very anoying.... Sheets on beds had stains when we arrived. There was just two towels in bathroom for 4 persons. Changing towels daily means, that they collect dirty ones at around 10am, I we have not get new ones eaelier then an 4pm. Room cleaning was never done before lunch time. About food I can find any good word. Tasteless, every day the same, lumch and dinner almost the same choise, a lot of food at lunch and dinner was cold. We have visited a lot of all inclusive resorts, and this one is by far the worst one.

Not a bad stay.

The hotel is clean and spacious, the staff is very polite and friendly. The WiFi was working without any problems. The view is great.

The room's facilities are a bit outdated, the sheets weren't very clean. They gave us a room which was connected to another one through a locked door, you could hear everything going on in the other room which is very unpleasant and uncomfortable. The food isn't very various but the quality is okay. The hotel is very far from the city.
