Toccata e fuga

Camera e bagno spaziosi, colazione ben fornita, posizione centrale

Non abbiamo dormito tutta notte a causa del motore della climatizzazione che era proprio fuori dalla nostra camera (al primo piano) ed era molto rumoroso, nessun isolamento acustico, non c'erano le prese vicino al letto.

Expensive but was the best in Torres

Location was good

For the money we paid I thought the room would’ve off been in better condition and have a least a charging port next to the bed however this was not the case

Torres Vedras un lugar bonito. El Hotel mucho que mejorar para ser un 4 estrellas.

La ubicación.

Muy mala limpieza (las mismas pelusas en los mismos siitios los 5 días, pelos en el baño, la nevera al llegar con platanos y otras cosas oliendo mal dentro.....). Ruido por las noches. Un día de huespedes discutiendo, otros haciendo ruido sin mas... siempre despues de las 2 de la mañana. La ducha con poquito caudal, imposible ducharse normal. Los desayunos mal. Entendemos que por la situación de la pandemia, no se pueden tener bufets, pero que te pongan TODOS LOS DÍAS, 1 platano, 1 yogur natural, un baso de leche, un cafe, un croisant, y bollo de pan y un pastel de nata..... pues aburre. No creo que sea ni mas caro ni mas complicado poner frutas diferentes, yogures de sabores diferentes, bollería diferente, etc. o al menos preguntar por si hay diferentes opciones. Además por qué a algunos huéspedes les ponen jamon, queso,, etc . y a nosotros no? La nevera no enfriaba. Las toallas sin cambiar de un día para otro estando sucias. Viendo que eramos dos parejas con una niña de 12 años cada pareja, nos dan una habitacón con cama supletoria y otra no. Es lo que hay..... Al personal del hotel no le importa nada. Es lo que hay. Y tengo fotos....

La vétusté de la chambre, le froid et l'humidité (voyage au mois de janvier) le lit pour bébé qui est un parc... Le manque de chauffage, la salle de bain est vétuste. l'ensemble des étages sont vieux

Great location, wonderful staff, lovely hotel

Room was large and had a lovely balcony and a great view towards the castle and over the town. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was very welcome! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to park and offload bags and then just a few minutes away get to the free easy parking. Location was central to town and many cafes, restaurants, parks, attractions and shops.

Choose carefully re opting for paid breakfast as they won't refund if you miss it.

Friendly staff who spoke some english. Room was clean.

Combination of a miscommunication about breakfast. Raquel told me breakfast was 8 euros per day and during the same conversation, told me about a breakfast place down the street, and at check out she told me that they also had breakfast IN the hotel, but that was not clear to me, and not wishing to go outside for breakfast, I skipped it every day. Then, I found that they charged my card for breakfasts I never had and told me it was not possible to refund the breakfast charge. So I will have to dispute the charge with Visa and this ruins my entire experience because there is no way they cannot send a credit. A second disappointment is that this hotel has no parking of their own. Customers not only have to pay for a daily parking garage, they have to WALK about 400-500meters to reach the complex, then up a steep hill to get to the parking area, and in my case, another 200-300meter walk.

There is no dedicated parking, so you'll need to try your luck on streets nearby, where might be no vacant places in the evening, and during the day parking needs to be paid for via parking meter.

Good central location, fine for a quick stop over.

The bed was extremely comfortable - great mattress!

Very poor lighting in the room (not enough to read a book by) and annoyingly no socket in the wall near the kettle so it had to be moved next to the TV to plug it in.

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be: "Just what you need", that is, a clean place, very well located in the center of Torres Vedras, close to shops and restaurants, with a good breakfast. Ideal for the price that you pay.

The hotel is located in the center of the ckity: the tower-clocks of churches nearby chime until late in the night.

Very good room, very good location. But they are charging 9.50 euros for breakfast and it's a worse breakfast I ever seen in Portugal.
