Wir kommen wieder.

Netter Empfang und außergewöhnlich guter Service beim Frühstück. Sehr gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Zugang zur Therme ist im Preis enthalten.

Bien mais barrière de langue…

L’emplacement était top, l’hôtel était aussi très joli! Et la literie était également très confortable!!

J’ai réservé deux massages au spa de l’hôtel pour le corps complet, et suite à une erreur de leur part nous avons eu deux massages uniquement pour une partie du corps. Aucune arrangement et solution n’ont été entrepris par l’hôtel et nous avons tout de même dû payer notre massage malgré leur erreur. Dommage de laisser les clients sur cette note de fin.

Gute Lage, nahe am Erholungsgebiet.

Zimmer sehr klein und einfach. Defekte Vorhänge, fehlende Fernbedienung. (Haben auf Nachfrage 40 Min. gewartet, bis jemand eine brachte!!!)

Nie wieder

Nettes Personal, bemüht. Saunalandschaft eigentlich schön.

Zimmer schmutzig, Schimmel im Bad, Duschmittelrückstände von Vorgängern klebten an der Duschwand, auch noch bei unserer Abreise.Teppich schmutzig. Kissen unbequem. Langes Anstehen an der Rezeption. Tasche mit Tüchern für Sauna fehlten bei uns. Jeden Tag anstehen an der Rezeption um Badge für Wellness abzuholen oder abzugeben, jeden Tag erneut Depot, sehr umständlich. Preise im Restaurant überteuert für die Qualität (Pasta kalt, Hähnchenbrust ein zäher Gummiadler). Bad komplett überfüllt, daher auch schmutzig, Haare, Fusel etc. Kinder in Sauna erlaubt. Bei Anfahrt kommt man kaum durch zum Hotel wegen der vielen Thermenbesucher.

Sehr schöne zwei Tage im Hotel, aber für einen reinen Wellnessurlaub zum entspannen viel Trubel in den Thermen.

Sehr freundliche Personal …schön dekoriert, Ambiente war sehr schön. Frühstück war super.

Preislich eher hoch die Menüs und Getränke, Auswahl von Speisenkarte eher mager…und beim ersten Abendessen waren die Speisen lauwarm. Die Therme grundsätzlich schön… aber viel zu viele Leute, da es halt noch öffentlich zugänglich ist, fanden wir schade.

Gutes Hotel für Kombination "Shopping in Freiburg/Wellnessen in der Therme"

Direkt mit der Therme verbunden, Eintritt ins Bad im Hotelpreis inbegriffen. Empfangspersonal sehr zuvorkommend, Servicepersonal bis auf eine sehr nette Dame eher kurz angebunden. Frühstück ok, für den Preis jedoch nichts Spezielles. Zimmer geräumig und sauber, Bademäntel und Badetücher für die Therme stehen zur Verfügung. Das Ambiente/die Einrichtung in Restaurant/Bar/Empfang fanden wir sehr schön.

Preis-Leistung im Restaurant hat für uns nicht gepasst. Das Essen war qualitativ ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Angerichtet wurde alles in grossen Suppentellern, mag für ein 1-Teller-Gericht wie z.B. Käsespatzen ok sein, für Fisch/Fleischgerichte mit Beilage fanden wir es eher unpassend.

Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir das bekommen, was wir wollten - enstspannung, leckeres Essen & eine wunderschöne Umge

Schöne Lage, leckeres (etwas teueres) Restaurant, Zugang zur Therme, kleines/modernes/sauberes Zimmer, Parkplatzfreikarte

Für 2 Nächte ohne Verpflegung, der überfüllten Therme und leider war die Saun nicht inklusive, fanden wir es etwas zu teuer - aber trotzdem sehr schön!

Gehobenes Hotel in guter Lage

Die Lage war super, der kostenlose Einlass in die Therme hat uns auch gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und relativ modern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Wir waren nicht unbedingt begeistert von den Glastüren mit mehreren offenen Schlitzen zum Bad. Ein bisschen Privatsphäre sollte man doch erwarten dürfen.

Alte Anlage mit tolle Personal

Tolle Alte Anlage mit super Personal nebenbei alte Thermen leider zu voll und das extra noch zum bezahlen ticket pro Tag und Aufenthalt für Thermen ist auch leider bisschen zu teuer das allein Zimmer schon ohne etwas nicht für Schnäppchen gibt!

We appreciated a lot the nature and we did a lot of walks arounds, so we could relaxing.

Breakfast was very good

The informations were not clears: The hours of service of breakfast changed during the working days, but we did’t know and then the cook were upset with us . Every time we ask a questions to the staff of the restaurant they could not answer or they needed to ask somebody else. The waitress were not professional and were not well organized. We were very disappointed that the sauna were not included in the offer of the SPA and that the fitness center closed so early.

Zimmer gut Abendessen so lala.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist gut man ist mit dem Bus und S Bahn in 30 Min. in der Mitte von Freiburg. Das Thermalbad ist schön, Wen man dem Trubel im Bad ausweichen will muss man um 9.Uhr ins Bad .

Das Restaurant Lässt zu wünschen übrig. Das Essen ist nicht besonders.

People were nice, but lack of air-conditioning in summer was a downfall and the food was mediocre

Staff was nice but there seemed to be a lack of management.

The rooms weren't air-conditioned and the weather during our stay was at least 95 Fahrenheit or33 Celsius. The public areas were air-conditioned but the rooms only had portable fans and no cross ventilation. It was stifling! Also, the lunch and dinner menu was exactly the same every day. After 5 days of the same limited alternatives it became very boring.

The perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend in the Black Forest !

Everything was great and extremely convenient for the location, from free parking, to a very large variety breakfast, offering all sorts of delicious choices, for all tastes. In addition, enjoying you meal while sipping on your morning coffee view a garden view and listening to the birds singing, what else ? We had a comfortable room and direct passage to very nice, clean and modern thermal baths, that we enjoyed all our stays. My husband and I were in a high need of a relaxing long-weekend and this hotel met all our expectations. Not to forget about the nice staff (who by the way speaks very good English) and the very friendly night barman (I’m sorry I didn’t get your name) who made sure we were well served and enjoyed an evening drink in the coziness of the place. Tip: if you’re a beer lover, make sure to order a Freiburger beer (which is a local beer that’s very tasty).

The room we got to book didn’t have A/C on and the nights (even in the Black Forest) tended to get a bit hot for a comfortable sleep. However, the hotel staff made sure they found a solution for that as well and placed an electric fan to cool down during the night.

Superb

I was delighted with my stay this time. I think it is excellent that the Therme (pool) price is now included in the room price. I also appreciated the possibility of using the big gym/therapy room. The latter is a bit overheated as is the pool, but this is understandable due to their primary use (therapy, relaxation). I was always happy with the rooms also during my stays in the past. Very good service at the bar the evening I ate there.

Just be aware that the water in the pool is very warm (for lane swimming) as is the big exercise room/ gym - but that is understandable (see above). Thus, for cardio exercise, I recommend a bike tour or a run/walk in the woods around the hotel.

There is no spa

There is woods around the hotel which are beautiful

It’s a full on scam compared to the pictures. The hotel has no Spa. It is located next to a public pool which is incredibly crowded, and as a hotel guest you have access but it is unrecognizable from the pictures and there are full on school classes running around there. The restaurant was serving what felt like prepackaged food and an incredibly overpriced rate, and the staff is nice but slow and not very helpful.

Comfy stay

The Hotel had good parking, breakfast was good and also the fact that it connected to the thermals is great.

We had to purchase water for our room, as there was no complimentary water. And the hotel staff brought it form the kitchen, and then I saw that one bottle has already been opened. The dinner at the restaurant was not good and the staff was really slow, many tables that came later than us have already been served, but we had to wait for a long time.
