Great value hotel spoiled by lying staff.

Lovely looking hotel with nice outdoor heated pool. Dog friendly. The place is,weird. Some areas really nice and upmarket, others really basic. The room was perfectly adequate but was basic and bland. Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. Food is average.

I don't like being lied to by staff. When I made the booking I paid extra for a large room. Dogs, their beds and bowls take up space. We were given a room that was tiny. I went back to reception to ask for what we'd paid for. The receptionist said she was sorry but they were fully booked and had nothing else available On Sunday in October? I stepped back, immediately went onto the hotel's website to see they had plenty of availability. Including the larger room type I'd booked. I showed her the page and she immediately gave me the keys to a much larger room. The receptionist the following morning also found out she'd charged us twice. Unacceptable.

La dutxa es xiscant trobo que falta una barana per poderse agafar. El bufet dinar una mica just en varietat del 1 o 2 plat, pro tot molt bo.

Para acceder al hotel la puerta de entrada era complicada de abrir porque además habían dos puertas e íbamos con silla de ruedas y no era fácil.

Het zwembad was heerlijk, wij waren er voor een nacht een tussenstop.

Buena estancia

Instalaciones cómodas para pasar unos días de descanso, especialmente la piscina exterior. Habitación amplia, sin ruido, con buena temperatura. Sitio estupendo para ir con mascota.

Poca oferta de restaurante y cafetería. En las habitaciones falta un sitio donde tender los bañadores y toallas para secar

La baňera de hidromasaje ,no nos funcciono y fue la razon por cual hemos cogido y pagado la suite En recepcion no supieron areglalr nuestro problema en el mismo momento y nos hemos quedado sin burbujitas

El aparcamiento y el desayuno.

Todo estaba muy sucio, el agua de la ducha sin presión ni para enjuagarte, sin luz para afeitarte, el colchón muy duro, sin persiana, entraba toda la luz. Por la mañana no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, mucha calor. La piscina con los azulejos ya verdes y algunos rotos. No volveremos.

Todo genial, pero falta pulir algunos detalles

Grande, limpio, bonito, muy bien cuidado. Habitaciones acogedoras, muy bien ambientadas y aclimatadas. El spa está muy bien, es muy completo. El masaje fue estupendo.

El balneario está ubicado en una zona donde hay poquísima oferta gastronómica. Esto limita bastante y en cierta manera obliga a los huéspedes a consumir en el hotel. El problema es que la oferta que proporciona el hotel es poco adecuada. 1. El bar ofrece tapas de calidad aceptable, pero a un precio excesivo. 4 tapas y 4 cervezas para dos personas, 80€. 2. El restaurante “principal” parece que estaba cerrado. 3. El buffet libre es económico, pero la calidad es muy mejorable y ofrece poca variedad.

Everything, the bathroom is great, breakfast very good and with wide range of products, the pool is excellent as well as the class we had at noon

the pool was amazing, the spa facilities delightful, the massages lovely. A mix of people of all ages and sizes, everyone comfortable. And a few cats on the terrace, that the bonus!

on our way to southern Spain we selected the venue due to its proximity to highway and availability in booking.com. Definitely it is not the motel for one night, but rather a (good) idea for a longer stay with spa facilities and a resort feel. Kind of historically rooted facility with very kind staff and good food.

Wonderful place to unwind and chill.

I really loved the surroundings and the building itself. The facilities were excellent, the room very comfortable and the staff wonderful. The pool and the spa were exceptional. On site restaurant, lovely.

It has its charm, but if we ever venture to the area again, we'll try a different facility.

Check-in was easy. Staff members were great & helpful. Room a bit small but was clean & bed comfortable. We couldn't stay for breakfast as we had an early flight, but they had a nice little carry out prepared for us.

I was under the impression the room came with 1/2 board...(Breakfast & Dinner) It was a main reason I booked here instead of the facility in town, but that wasn't the case. Only Breakfast was included. Dinner was only a slight discount. Maybe it's a flaw in translation by either the hotel or Booking.Com. Or, maybe I read it wrong? I don't know. But, it seemed wrong. Nevertheless, dining is quite expensive in either the bar or restaurant. Pool was very cold. We walked down to the neighboring hotel Prats to put a hand in there pool and their water was very warm. Overall, the water in the spa is not warm enough for my liking. But, it is the temperature advertised.

Cult-like nursing home

staff was super nice

the whole building feels like the twins from shining could appear at the end of the corridor. The pictures of their awarded water chefs, wtf ever that means, is extremely cult like... i thought we are going to a decent hotel with focus on the spa facilities... the spa is mediocre at best. Also, be aware that you are next to a bottling facility... it is not quiet... oh and if you look around 90% of the guests are 70+

A great escape at a gorgeus place with opportunities to be even better!

Both the building and the garden are beautiful, there was a nice free music performance on saturday night and the thermal circuit is very nice. The triple room we booked really exceeded our expectations and the beds were very comfortable.

The first day de temperature of the indoor pools was not as good as the last time we were there. I would love to have an extended option of 1.5 to 2.0 hours in the thermal circuit, because the 1 hour treatment is too short. The most frustrating was to see the outdoor pool was closed till April. We should have been warned during the booking process. Last but not least, regarding food, the Tapas choice at the bar is very snall (just potato chips and olives) It would be nice to have at least a chees platter with some picos or regañás, boquerones en vinagre, etc ... This, is Spain after all! Re breakfast, fir such a nice health-improvement venue, the breakfast should include more vegetarian-vegan options ... war dishes were only sausages, bacon and fried eggs ... too basic. Hope it helps!

Nice for a treat

The staff were amazing... very friendly, helfpul and accomodating Room was clean, spacious and comfy Thermal circuit was nice and the facial was super relaxing Overall my stay was a chilled experience which was what I needed!

Breakfast, although there were a lot of options most of what I had was just a bit tasteless. I also arrived around 10 so felt it was maybe a bit less fresh by then too :(
