Great hotel. When I will back to London, I will stay again here. Highly recommended.

Pros 1. Lovely and accommodating staff. 2. Superb location. 3. Hot water. The room is on the 3rd floor and the hot water worked well. 4. Air conditioning worked well. 5. The room is bigger than expected. 6. Staff gave me early check-in. (Thank you so much once again)

Cons 1. No freezer in the room. 2. The lift is too small.

A great hotel in the centre of London

The hotel is located in a very convenient, quiet location. There are many pubs and restaurants nearby. Close to Oxford Street, Soho... The highlight of the hotel is its staff. The people who work at the reception are in their place (we especially want to thank Martina and Vahi - we and our children felt your care during our stay and you made our stay at the hotel even better than we could have expected!) The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water daily. Clean in the rooms and throughout the hotel. There is a lift. The interior is beautiful.

The beds were comfortable, but could be a little wider. Breakfasts at the hotel are not varied and the choice of food is quite small - but everything is delicious.

good location - booked the cosy double. small room but really only used for sleeping so was good for what we needed. Comfy bed.

due to the noise of construction i woke ip at 6 am everyday! and windows werent able to open even half and the water in bathroom was not enaugh to make a shower

Good for West End shows

Friendly staff. Good location. Nice upgrade.

Windows are not sound proofed. Woken by glass collections from nearby bar at 2am and 6am.

Nice furnishings, lay out good with room to move about very comfortable bed. Reception area with the bar was a nice area

Really it was only the lift, each time you used it,(I was 5th floor) it felt like it would not make it, very shuddery.

Average. Wouldn’t prefer staying here again.

Location - ONLY

The hotel was nowhere close to being a 4 star property. The room was way too small for 300 pounds a night. In the room the wifi didn’t work and when we raised it at the reception they shook it off with a “Yeah it doesn’t work there” The breakfast was also mediocre, given that we were coming after visiting small towns around the UK and even those small village B&Bs had more variety.

I was traveling alone, and the staff made me feel so welcome.

The staff make this wonderful hotel. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They sincerely love their jobs and want to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. They go above and beyond. Changing my SIM card, recommending local restaurants, finding a vase for my flowers. Each day when I returned I felt like I was coming home.

I wonder haw this hotel is rated 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. we had no water in the shower, the receptionist said “yes because you are in a high floor”!!! furnitures bathroom are outdated.

The only complaint was the shower head water pressure was quite low
