The location is not that good you have to walk 20 min at least to reach any place
1- Dirty, I got sick because of it so dirty
My friend got skin irritation both we still recovering from both my sickness and her skin problems.
2- no one helps with your luggage, no elevator
3- the reception is not helpful we asked for clean towels they told us to go to the kitchen and ask the girls over there for clean towels :) that was very shocking.
4- bathroom shower was a disaster while I shower the water does not drain fast it goes up about 10 cm and it take more then 20 min to drain its settled there with the dirts comes out from the sink

Location
Bed very small and to soft

Central
Dirty, broken down, warren maze to find my room.
3.3
El personal muy atento. Ubicación muy buena. Desayuno básico y aceptable.
Habitación individual pequeña y cama muy estrecha.

3.3
3.3
Handy to the stations
Nothing

La ubicación y la cama muy cómoda
En el desayuno no había cosas calientes y muy pocas opciones para intolerantes a la lactosa. La habitación muy pequeña y hacía frio en ella.

The staff were polite and efficient, check in was smooth. Location was great for central London.
Key card not working on the front door is weird, having to wait and be let in felt infantilising. Decor very out of date, in major need of an update. Somewhat clean but due to it being quite old and grubby it didn't feel comfortable. Bed was 2 singles pushed together but not secured so came apart very easily. Furniture uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor selection, the room was deathly quiet and very awkward leaving some guests leaving without having breakfast - maybe put some music or the news on. Walls paper thin, could hear the person in the room next door on the phone - could hear every single word.
3.3
Very comfortable, stylish and spacious.
I wasnt provided with a key card and each time I had to access the room I had to be escorted.
This was disappointing and annoying
3.3
The staff was wonderful and helpful polite and nice
No AC but i knew going in
So no big deal
I requested not to be upstairs he out us ina cellar room which was fine right next to breakfast
3.3
Close to tube stop.
Difficult to get to room as it was in a connecting building. We were on the fourth floor. No elevator and the stairs were difficult to maneuver. The shower didnt drain.
3.3
Considering the price of the hotel, you get good service. The first night, our room was on the top floor, which smelled of cigarettes and had no ventilation. We discussed this with the hotel clerk and got a room on the ground floor tomorrow. Internet was good. Breakfast was good
There was no elevator
3.3
The staff members were polite.
The room was too small and it wasn't swept daily.
3.3
Location is great, direct metro connection to LHR.
The room was very poor, lack of equipment, eg literally nowhere to put your clothes. It in the ground floor and the door outside to a “garden” could not be properly locked. Is someone wants to get into the room, it would take him just a sec. Breakfast was reasonable.
3.3
only good thing about the whole weekend was the location.
the hotel was appalling, dirty,
and so i would welcome being able to have a webb page to put photos that were taken of the broken flooring ,mould around the shower and the fact we had to climb onto a bed to use tea and coffee items, the sheet on one bed has been used while painting had been done so had paint splats on it Oh i forgot to say the bathroom door was only able to be opened enough for us to go in sideways.
i have gone on to your sites in quite a few ways but can not see where i can let people know not to book this hotel and waste money as we did.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, although really tiny. There was a small wardrobe and a tiny but clean private bathroom with a shower. Also, there was an electric kettle with tea and coffee and a shortbread bar as a welcoming gift. There was a TV with local programs. Breakfast was standard buffet-style. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, it's a block of buildings from the early 1800s that have been transformed into small 2 or 3-star hotels. They all look alike and you have to check the signs and street numbers to find the right one. The location is great, a few meters away from the British Museum and public transportation.
The size of the room (single room) was tiny for the price, but I think this is a standard for a good location in London. The building does not have an elevator. The carpet on the floor needs to be changed.
3.3
The room was nice and clean, and was a good size with a decent sized tv
We arrived back to the hotel room after popping out to find our room door wide open, so someone had clearly been in our room
3.3
Very friendly receptionist Nathalie who gave me info and tips for London. Great location, close to British Museum and centre. Clean room, basic breakfast but sufficient. Good price for centre London. Perfect for short citytrip
The single room is very small. Located on busy road so some noise from traffic. But if you drink enough, it doesn’t bother 😜😃
3.3
Breakfast was pretty good, room, bed etc was fine
A slightly bigger bathroom with a bath would have been nice, but not expected.
3.3
location and staff are friendly
bad beds, poor water system, hot room, old
3.3
The location is very central, and the breakfast is excellent value.
The room was rather tiny but it has all the essential amenities and is clean.
3.3
The breakfast selection was very comprehensive for a small hotel. Very easy to pick and choose what you want. This is the best sort of hotel for lone travellers who only need few services whilst in a busy city such as London.
The bedsheets were on the thick side for summer weather. They are just the thing when the weather is much colder but it was warm on the day I stayed.
3.3
They went above & beyond!! Super friendly, held my bags for the day, gave me water as I left on my next journey, greeted me everytime I came in & out of the hotel and the room was a pretty decent size. Breakfast was a great plus and had a great range for continental. Overall really happy and I would stay again!

great location
odd set up, to get to the room we had to go down a set of stairs and then up another set of stairs, the bathroom has been added to the room in a seperate box with no fan and it’s very damp and musty
3.3
Nice and centralgood
3.3
Location was perfect!
The shower stall was very small and had no shelf on which to put my shampoo and soap. Bending over to pick them up from the floor of the shower felt a bit perilous.
3.3
The location and staff are great. I was able to book at short notice and I got a comfortable room. The TV was of a good size and in a good location. I was able to receive takeout to the hotel and the staff cleaned up each day.
Room only had two outlets on the other side of the room from the bed. Bedside light wasn't plugged in. The bathroom had some damage to the shower unit which I had to step around.
3.3
The staff was friendly, I couldn't fault the breakfast.
The location was OK
The room needs a refurbishment to bring up to scratch, hairdryer was broken. The bathroom had a loose moving floor tile.
