Could never recommend it Worst place ever been in.

Location was ok

Hadn't been cleaned since last occupation . Toilet and Shower were dirty and disgusting No plug on wash sink.Was told things would be put right but didn't happen. Manager never on site.Saw him once.

You get what you pay for as it is very cheap.

Location was good for Maidenhead town and the station.

Bathroom was awful, toilet seat was broken and not connected to the toilet, sink too small and shower pretty useless. Got more water on the floor than myself.

Would walk out of there feeling dirtier than I would walk in

The bed was actively kept and cleaned. So if you really just need a place to lay down for a night, itll work.

The fabled smell that other reviews mention is very much a thing, although it wasnt too offensive. However the room as a whole genuinely looked like it hasnt even been hoovered in weeks. Coming across a nail and sadly 9 SLUGS on the floor over the 3 days. Areas that are slightly out of veiw such as behind the TV looked literally never cleaned before. The shower not only clogged, but also leaked, making the slew of mess and slugs on the floor have a field day.

When we left.

No TV remote, so no TV. no bath mat. Not enough towels although they did supply another when asked. Dodgy wiring on display. Boiler door open in corridor. Bathroom in need of a good clean. Hair around the taps on sink. Deep dusk on back of TV. Worst hotel stay.

Not a lot. Room size was good, en suite at least but that’s about it

Tv didn’t turn on. Shower worked but went hot and cold. Wi-Fi offered but couldn’t even pick it up in the room. Room cleanliness wasn’t terrible but bathroom was riddled with damp and needs a good clean. Outside the room was a window sill covered in dead flies and wasps.

shocking experience, never again.

Nothing i walked out.

horrible place, it needs looking into. Damp, plaster coming off the walls, window was broken, human feces on the wall in bathroom. Dirty wooly sock over fire alarm. Rubbish left in room, empty bottles down the side of unit. I booked another hotel and walked out.

Not again apart from the food

Food was lovely, however the room was extremely poor. It was a beautiful day and we weren't allowed to eat outside either. Our son was happy playing and didn't want to sit inside. The tap was dripping constantly, someone's excrement on the toilet seat, hairs in Bath and dirt to the point we didn't even shower before leaving. No one there to say goodbye in the morning we had to leave our key in a box. Very demanding staff asking when,if,when,if,when if eating. Two staff members however were lovely. Marks all over the walls, only 1 pillow per person, very hot rooms and couldn't open the window. Wouldn't go again to stay but I would for the food.

Looking aside the smell and the moth eaten carpets. To be moved to a room that a) had no fridge whereca fridge was requested to store my medication, b) the shower wasntt draining making un hegying and impossible to use and full of mould bad for health and to topnit up no signal on tv or wifi or even been given a key. There fore i wont be paying. Pics to folow

The staff where friendly and polite

Was not worth the money that we paid for our stay, There was one wall had water damage, the bath was not cleaned and the bath panel was broken, and hanging off, mould in the bathroom around the window. The beds were not comfy at all. We all did not sleep well at all. There were empty pistacchio shells in one of the bedside draws. The bathroom sink was dirty and broken it was hanging off the wall. One of the beds had a stain on the sheet. When I complained about it, the staff did not even offer to come up and sort that out.

All in all, I’d start again as it’s was simply a place to sleep for the evening

Last minute booking nearly a third in cost compared to larger hotels chains. Pretty much what I expected. Meet our needs.

Only two complaints, peas left on floor from previous guess (wouldn’t normally mind) but my partner has a serious nut allergy, fortunately was a 2mins clean up job. Secondly, all of the milks by the tea making stations had gone off and after asking at the front of house for more milk they took over an hour to supply us with 3 more mouldy milks.

Room was dated, burn marks in carpet, sink had stains in it so did the bedding. There was a dirty sock over the fire alarm not sure why. My daughter refused to stay.

Terrible fortunately we were only there 1 night you should take it off your books.

Very dirty cobwebs everywhere torn curtains mould on ceiling window cracked and tapped up small window no curtains had to put towel up. Bathroom had mould dust toilet dirty. Carpet in hall had big hole. I n the 1st room we were offered there was a big hole in the ceiling with insulation coming through.

property was absolutely filthy and falling to pieces. the bed linen looked unclean and the whole place had a vile smell to it. would seriously avoid.
