Come sentirsi a casa …. tutto perfetto!

Appartamento bellissimo, dotato di ogni comfort. Area condivisa (soggiorno/cucina) talmente accogliente da farti sentire a casa. Posizione ottima…in pieno centro. La ragazza che vive nell’appartamento immensamente gentile, se pur in tarda serata, ci ha dato molte informazioni utili. Check-in e check-out semplicissimi

Assolutamente nulla, ma se dovessi dare un consiglio, sarebbe quello di inserire tende oscuranti nelle camere da letto.

Ottima location per vivere la città e riposare al meglio in tranquillità e confort

Struttura accogliente e ben arredata. Temperatura perfetta all’interno dell’appartamento. Ottima comunicazione con l’host che è stato super gentile e disponibile. Inoltre ci hanno regalato l’upgrade da camera con bagno esterno privato a bagno a interno. Veramente un bel posto per alloggiare. Poi il contesto in pieno centro di Reggio Emilia e nell’edifico storico in cui si trova è sublime.

Non vi sono cose che non ci sono piaciute. Sinceramente abbiamo notato solamente che l’acqua del rubinetto ha un odore troppo forte di cloro e che da bere non è buonissima (considerando che nell’appartamento viene spiegato che è potabile ed è stato anche montato un filtro). Ma ci tengo a precisare che NON è una critica alla struttura siccome è una “problematica” della zona/acquedotto.

Casa ben curata ed arredata con gusto la posizione eccellente per visitare Reggio Emilia l'host è stato gentilissimo nel risolvere un piccolo problema che abbiamo avuto .informazioni per arrivare alla struttura chiare e precise Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliatissimo

L’arredamento e la cura nei dettagli, specialmente negli spazi comuni. L’idea di una piccola colazione lasciata in un armadietto per ogni camera. La posizione, nella zona più cool di Reggio

Unica nota di attenzione è che trattandosi di un appartamento in centro diviso per camere, queste non sono insonorizzate. Nel caso di vicini rumorosi purtroppo il sonno potrebbe essere disturbato

Ottimo soggiorno lavorativo, reso piacevole da una struttura pulita e confortevole.

La posizione del B&B è ottima, in pieno centro ma situato in area molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione, sia a piedi se non si hanno valige che in taxi. Struttura nuova, molto curata e pulita. Camera ampia e confortevole, dotata anche di un grande scrivania ideale per chi, come me, ha dovuto lavorare durante il soggiorno. Ho apprezzato molto anche gli spazi comuni, ordinati e arredati con gusto. La colazione, per quanto di prodotti confezionati, offre un buon assortimento. Presente comunque la cucina (anche questa nuova), completa di ogni strumento utile a prepararsi da mangiare da sé.

Non ho avuto modo di conoscere personalmente il/la proprietario/a della struttura, che comunque si è sempre dimostrato/a telematicamente presente e disponibile. Quello dell'estrema discrezione per alcuni ospiti può essere un vantaggio ma per mio gusto personale gradisco sempre una prima presentazione vis à vis.

Room in a nice clean shared flat in a very central location, contactless communication (whatsapp)

We booked two rooms for one night. One thing you should be aware of is that it is a shared flat so depending on the number of rooms you book, there may well be random other people in the flat. Which is ok, it was just not really apparent for us from the description. The rooms themselves and the flat in general was very nice, superb location and also very clean. The rooms included breakfast, which was a plus.

Lock on the door of room #1 is not suitable for small children, it's rather difficult to open as you may not push the key all the way in. There is no elevator, you will have to lift your heavy suitcases all the way up on your own. The process of entering the flat is very well documentated and communicated, but overall rather difficult (requiring phone calls for the outer door and pushing the right random buttons). Parking is somewhat confusing, as the flat is located in a restricted zone for residents. We parked nevertheless in the streets and did not get a fine. Some more information on parking beforehand would have been nice. Overall, these are rather small nitpacking things. The overall experience was very good and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Location and building is amazing. Also the property was really nice!

We didn't understand that was a sharing house, and the toilet was outside our room; probably I didn't read the description well, but I tought we was renting the full flat. But luckily we was the only guest.

very good localisation, in the city center, nearby the bus stops, but in quiet area. The apartment consist of three? four separated rooms. Clean, cosy and comfortable room, clean and nice, vintage, common area and kitchen. good wi-fi. Very kind owner. It`s a pity that there are no any chair and even small table in the room.
