Disappointing

It is on a very very busy road so the noise is bad and the area was definitely not what I was expecting.

Affordable stay with a few compromises

Good Parking spot. Good place to crash after a long day out. Good washing and laundry facilities.

Very good

The location is good and not too far from constitution avenue and most highways.

The only bathroom couldn't be locked that was little un-convenient. The first floor bedroom can be noisy due to passing traffic at night.

Actually, the upstairs unit was nice and comfortable and clean, but we planned to eat in for most of our dinners, but it

The safe was locked when we arrived and there was no code or instructions on how to use it. The microwave was dead and didn’t get fixed. The manager was late in responding, asked us to move downstairs on the first morning because of “emergency repairs.” Then after we moved he said that the repairs were not necessary and asked us to move back upstairs again which we did. Don’t appreciate the moving. Then he said that his wife would fix the microwave, and then confirmed that she had done so, but that was simply, how can I say it politely, not true.

Very nice location and a great price, ho hum accommodations.

The location was nice, the neighbors were reasonably quiet. Outside was well kept. The walls blocked noise from other rooms. There was air conditioning in the main room and in both bedrooms. It had a good aesthetic inside. It was right on a public transit spot and it was close to the city. The shower was clean and recently updated. The bathroom sink was clean and recently updated,

The floors were filthy and there was no broom to clean up. Like really gross. Especially under the beds. There were no cleaning supplies provided for accident clean up. The dishes and silverware were not clean and needed to be rewashed. The pots and pans were in poor condition and dirty as well. The pan was not usable to cook and all food stuck and burned. There was not a mixing bowl/strainer/measuring cup. Cooking anything but toast was unmanageable. There was no way to just boil water. Using the one pot provided left a taste in the water, even after cleaning the pot several times. The beds were very hard. The pullout bed did not have any sheets or blankets. The sheet provided was visibly dirty and very stained. The air conditioners were located so that it blew right on to you when sleeping and would "spit" water. The 2nd bedroom bed was not put together and moved away form the wall. 50% of outlets were not working on the bedside lamps. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. It was very hard to wash soap off body and hair due to lack of water in the shower. The window curtain in the bathroom would not close completely, leaving us exposed to the outside when in the bathroom. The bathroom window was coming off its hinge and would not open. Bedroom blind in 2nd room was not functional. There was no way to hang up wet towels after showering.

Great value and everything worked and was clean, all amenities were provided for and the rooms were exceptional.

Traffic can be noisy and difficult to ignore from both bedrooms.

The apartment was clean and it was easy to get to to downtown. There were few household items to use and overall we had a good stay.

There weren’t enough towels, we were four people and there was barely 4 towels. There weren’t any cooking tools, no pots or pans, no oven pans so we were unable to cook. The description makes it seem like you’re staying in a house, but it’s actually a small apartment located inside a house.

The fan in the bedroom has to be clean, filled with dust. That barbed wire is the front yard could not be seen and I almost tripped, but shoe got caught and took off some of he sparkles on my shoe. Noisy due to outside traffic

All in all nice trip, would have liked a better place after staying here.

The house was comfortable, we did seem to have privacy. we got what we paid for.

The bathroom was a little backwards, the door handle kept coming off. We found dirty dishes in microwave and the sheets on beds in upper room were dirty. The towels in bathroom had a bad smell. The door handle of bathroom was loose and finally came off. The pull out couch cover was dirty. The ceiling fan in bedroom was very dirty. The location is very noisy, being on a very busy street.

Disappointing, totally different from what reviews say

Property located by the busy/noisy road. The property looked like it hasn’t been deeply cleaned for a long time. It was shocking that bathroom hasn’t been cleaned after previous quests. In general there was dust in each corner, dirty fridge, toaster, coffee maker… . We had to clean everything before use. On our last day we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We have taken a lot of photos as a proof of lack of cleanliness but we could upload only four.

All the amenities you could want for a medium-length stay (1 week). Parking spot available on-site. Nice deep bathtub. Really nice new/large fridge. Bathroom was cute and clean and had cleaning supplies available just in case.

The property is overall totally fine and comfortable, with everything you need. My only note of caution is that if you are tall (I'm 5'7" so it was fine-ish) you may be a bit squashed in the upstairs bedroom and there are light fixtures in the upstairs and main area that are a bit low-hanging.

I liked how clean it was and the bathroom.

The oven doesn’t work, if you turn it on the lights go out. The main bedroom is on the floor and the back and front board aren’t set into place. No TV (only in living room). The floors and stairs are very squeaky. The doors don’t lock and you can get stuck from how hard they are to open. The living room window is busted open and allows wasps, flies, and nats in the whole house. They were everywhere. There’s a lot of honking and outside talk. It’s very annoying. Delivery orders take an hour to get there. I wouldn’t recommend staying unless you NEED to. And the owner kept asking for a good review. I would have loved to but it just wasn’t the best. I really should have taken pictures but I totally forgot to. ALSO!! It is incredibly hard to get park into your spot. We had to park at the motel next door.

Superb

This vacation house is a very short distance from most of the DC area attractions. We were happy with our choice. The house was more comfortable than we had hoped and the outside photo does not do it justice. The area looks much better than it does in the photos. We felt like we were at home. House exceptionally clean, AC worked perfectly, bathroom was clean, kitchen amenities were amazing, and our host responded to all questions on time. Overall, we would book it again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Plse fix the living area window The message on the main door rug was a bit 🙆🏽‍♀️😂 Try double glazing the downstairs bedroom windows. We used white noise to drown the night traffic noise.

A great value with comfortable beds.

Great value for the price of a hotel room we had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was three air conditioning units that kept the two bedrooms and main room at the perfect temp.

While we did have off road parking, it was difficult to get into and at one time impossible to get out of. The door into the apartment didn't fit properly so anyone could see inside from the landing. You can't open the windows but since the air conditioners were good it wasn't necessary to open them.
