Great location and spacious apartment

We recently stayed at the Antico Pozzo Apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive ensuring that everything was perfect. Breakfast was included in the booking price and offered a nice selection of continental breakfast items. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Very spacious apartment. Everything is nice and clean.It is well equipped. The staff is brilliant. Breakfast was also good. Best of all it is located just innl front of the ferry terminal making all other islands accessible

amazing place

just few steps from the ferry port, right in the center of the city, very cute restaurant,best breakfast, staff was amazing very helpful, one of the staff from the restaurant (didn’t catch his name with short black hair) helped us with the luggage up the stairs and the next day helped us w booking tickets for the ferry, he was amazing , they let us leave our suitcases in the storage after checkout , definitely will recommend this property

Friendly, comfortable place to stay in a convenient but quiet location.

Location was great! We really enjoyed the restaurant. Staff was very helpful especially with moving baggage in and out.

Room was a third-floor walk up. A little difficult for one of us who is an amputee also with recent knee replacement. But very good exercise!

Bellagio

The location was very central. You can access the apartments by the stairs from the lakefront or go around to the left and use the cute street. The check-in was taken care of by the restaurant staff and was smooth. They kept our bags after check out, which was nice.

The noise from the restaurant. Our room faced the restaurant patio, and the chatter and service were loud. The setup started each day at 6.30 with chairs being dragged around. This was every morning. At night the noise ended when the restaurant closed at 11pm. There are only sheer curtains on the patio facing windows, so the light from the alley shines in brightly all night. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

location, value, cleanliness were all outstanding.

We would have liked a few more basics in the kitchen like paper towels.

Great location, big room with a very well equiped kitchen ( stayed 1 night, didn’t use it, but everything looked perfect for a longer stay), friendly stuff. We checked in early ( the room was already prepared at 10.30 am). Breakfast was included and because we checked out too early, they prepared it to go. Thank you guys

many things, they were really friendly , they try to provide almost everything you need from soap, water, hygiene stuff. Really nice place, the location is also really awesome in the middle of Bellagio. we loved it

that there was 2 key cards, we took the wrong one and we got locked out but the team were really helpful and came quickly to let us in

The room was well equipped, suitable for a longer stay. The location is literally 3min walk from the jetty and is in the centre of the old town. They hv a restaurant just below the apartment and their food was very good, must try. As we were the only occupant during the period , the surrounding was very peaceful

COLD water NO HEAT yet still charged extra :-(

would not recommend coming here in the off season.

I had no heat nor hot water in room I booked.I Gentleman came to room and see for himself and tell me. But after 15 minutes of running the water says I have no hot water He didn’t tell me room would never heat up either. I was disappointed that this was not diagnosed before I got to the room ( took away time I could have spent having lunch— restaurant closed after lunch. no dinner onsite. I communicated that I paid extra for this room with the view, expecting a refund for the difference. he says, I’ll give you room across the way too so you can use its shower. at this point, expecting at least room heat, I thought I would just put up with it. when I came back from dinner, the room was just as chilly. I ended up in the room with no view for entire stay. there was no one on site after restaurant closes. No breakfast, nor coffee. There were 2 packets of Nescafé instant coffee but that was it! There is actually NOWHERE in Bellagio to get coffee/ breakfast before 10 am in the off season. The only ferry out was before sunrise or 1 pm so i took the bus out ( hungry!) no one on site at property.

The perfect location with access to everything with friendly staff!!

This is a great place. Marco greeted us and brought us right up to our room. The location was right in the heart of town. There was a small kitchen and plenty of room for our 3 day stay. The restaurant downstairs was great We were seated before the restaurant opened so didn’t have to wait in line. The staff, food and wine selections were excellent. I would highly recommend.

Comfy place in good location.

Great location. Clean, spacious room. Breakfast plentiful although on day 2 they forgot all about me and I had to go searching for staff in order to get coffee.

They didn’t provide any room service or give me extra soap or shampoo during my 3 day stay.

Memorable stay!

Nice view, very clean and a big room! Staff were very approachable and nice. The restaurant food was exceptional!!!

We stayed end of september, the room is well heated. Loved it so much, but would have been better if the shower heater was more consistent! Enjoyed our stay regardless!

the entire town is up a hill, this hotel is one of the closer ones to the boat and in the middle of the center but is still some stairs up the hill.

Perfect Location For Our Bellagio Stay

We had an awesome time. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable! Great location Friendly Staff Restaurant had a delicious selection of foods and they gave discounts for Residents.

We had air conditioning issues the first few days but Marco brought us a fan, which helped until they resolved the problem! They do need to re-caulk the shower.
